Fc, I know that Salisbury House hosts over 200 companies. I'm assuming it's an internal move not a mistake. Do they really need to file for moving an office to another office in the same building?

Missing/stolen money, directors jumping ship, investigations, shares suspended, as bad as I feel for us I feel worse for them.

I have spoken out for CP and defended his track record even, despite the fact we still have no news in the lead up to our shares now being cancelled.

Sorry, I realise that reads like gibberish. What I mean is that I think we haven't delisted because we've taken a trademark out, just that the repercussions of that trademark won't be ready in time.

If the XGB trademark was a new turn of events that only came into being over the summer and was previously unplanned, then I can see where it's affected the course of things. Though why this couldn't have been communicated to us I don't know. People are far more forgiving if they have something tangible to work from.

And saying 'sorry folks but we're going to be late because XYZ' goes a long way, instead of saying nothing.

This trademark (which may well be integral to the entire thing operating on its platform) is probably going to take 4-5 months to be signed off since being filed in August.

If that is the case then if we came back we're effectively left in limbo with a product that can;t function. That XGB may be everything. All just imo.

I do agree that we need to hold CP accountable in as much as his running of LION.

But I'll judge him on that, rather than dive into a past which has been and gone with no major catastrophes and is acceptable enough to allow Railsbank to DD him and include him on their BoD.

Neither am I convincing myself there are NDAs in place there (though there may be) to explain the usual drawn out silences. But I feel like I need to get closer to AGM for starters to get a feel for what's really going on. And hopefully they'll be able to tell us more by then.

If Parry's record looked like Robert Terry's you'd have nobody investing in LION from the start. If anyone even gets involved with Rob Terry Part 2, 3, 4? then there are no words for them tbh.

CP has yet to pull a Rob Terry. That's not to say I trust him with 100% but some of this is scaremongering atm. There's nothing to talk about so let's fixate on his past history. I;m surprised SEA7 hasn't turned up to remind everyone how great Glint is. Sigh.

What I'm saying is CP's track record doesn't leave me with flashing red lights. As I said, he has always been open and upfront about how he starts up businesses and moves on.

There have been no criminal charges against him or cases to answer to my knowledge, unlike many here.

You can choose to spook yourself until the cows come home but his track records still presents as clean. That's why I'm not interested in his particular past. There are far shadier characters imo.

All I need to know is what he is doing for us, now. That is all that's relevant atm.

If that's the case, Big7, he'll have the entire staff of TRAC after him too.

I don't think Parry's track record is the beanfeast some are making it out to be, he's a startup entrepreneur and has always been very upfront about moving on. There are thousands of CEOs who do the same. Just as there are thousands of people who use AIM to make money and move on quickly, rather than investing for the longterm.

As to his registered names I'm not sure there's much to see here either. Sometimes I give my middle name out on documents, other times I don't.

What we really need to be focusing on is OUR project, not past stuff. Railsbank did due diligence on this guy and cleared him to be on their BoD. We just need him to make sure LION comes good for us, his past companies are of no concern to me.
