Just to confirm it might not have been an RNS where we were referred to as a crypto but one of the websites, It was ages ago but I remember having a do with Sea about it at the time. I said I thought crypto was being used as a bridging terminology whilst we found our niche and that CP should distance us from that term and instead call us 'digital gold' or something.

I'm glad we've ditched any sniff of being crypto. There's no middle ground with it, you either love it or hate it.

It looks like a legit breaking story that;s only just being picked up. I'd expect to see it hit the mainstream later today or tomorrow.

This is a very different proposition to what LION would be offering. And in the latest interview CP made reference to the fact we're 'not a crypto'. Even though in past RNSs LION has been referred to as that before they've wisely had a rethink with the wording. Or it was referred to at the time for convenience when the project was in its infancy.

So yeah, we'd be regulated and backed up.

I hope you get your meeting with management. Despite this year and and chaos on chat boards as well, I've still to be convinced this is a scam. All the signs seem solid to me, with solid backing or leads you can chase up.

The problem has been the comms, top and bottom of it. Telling people at the last minute and spooking people.

Hmm, do you really, woody? It's an interesting thought and as valid as any I guess. But there's no denying that a delisting has the potential to cause headaches for holders with shares in ISAs who face being penalised through no fault of their own.

Should this happen though, I think we are within our rights to ask for compensation of some form, either free shares or a free GB account with opening fees paid.

I genuinely think the fundamental problem at LION is that it forgets it has shareholders. It gets busy with a thing and though time might move swiftly at LIONsville time drags when you are on the outside not knowing what's happening.

This is why it's so important for genuine holders to ignore the noise from however many aliases certain Twitter users and the ADVFN PJ-hating crew have here. Bigdeano might be mad as hell but he's genuine.

We have to have a place (be it here or elsewhere) to be able to organise some kind of action IF it comes to that and that's why it's vital we stick together.

However, CP can see the road ahead a lot clearer than we can, the time it will take and a seemingly 'superior product'. It's his product. If he had no intention of delivering this why not just go now, fold the company and run off back to Oz or whatnot. For the sake of another 3-5 months, he could just go fugitive right now. But he's sticking with it and his money is locked in it like our's is. He says he's organising the AGM. So for now, what else can I believe? It appears to be the case because we're not a company in liquidation atm just limbo.

Yes, LION have got into an absolute pickle, but I think the intent behind the offering is genuine and is still there.

Well we're all being told different things, it seems.

I'd suggest contacting LION and stating your individual case, either by phone or e-mail. It's really up to them to do this leg work, not investors. There's no point if we all have different stories to tell and I've heard at least 5 versions on here so far.

I wouldn't class the interview as 'awful'. Awkward - yes, but then he was not exactly celebrating having to announce a delisting and his phone will have been blowing up all day.

At least he went on Share Talk which is better than failing to answer calls or do anything public.

On subsequent listenings after the dust has settled it's pretty plain and straightforward, no frills, business as usual. But we did get a snippet about a possible name change and the 'Project Goldbloc' angle.

All we can do is hope they do what they say they will do. I do think an extraordinary amount of work gone on and there evidence is in RNS' and his words but along the way it's as if they forgot they had shareholders they needed to be accountable to. And it's a fault across AIM, not just here. Many companies get too ahead of themselves at times.

I think the one tangible thing we have is the advertising firm LION are working with for marketing.

LION moved address in the summer to Salisbury House in London (within the same postcode). The building houses over 220 businesses, inc. several AIM-listed companies. I wonder if our advertising firm is among them?

The company has to start talking to shareholders like we're adults though. If it's a case of waiting on trademarks to go live then just say it, it would be better fessing up than allowing conspiracy theories to flourish.

I don't mind admitting the company's comms on the whole this year have been pretty naff and shareholders have been treated as if we couldn't be kept in the loop as the company beavered away (and I do believe they have been/are working hard, that is obvious when you nitpick the RNS). But the culture of keeping quiet to the point of paranoia needs to change imo.

This year might have been 'exciting' for the company in terms of expansion and development but it's been no fun for holders. I was targeting 2019 anyway so no biggie from that pov for me though. If Goldbloc truly has morphed into something far more special/significant than initially planned then a few months more wait is not exactly that great of a pain to bear.

I'm thinking that if the product is being (now?) dictated by this XBG ticker (which may be a really key feature for these 'multiple jurisdictions' talked about), then according to the Trademarkia website it can take 3 months after publication date for it be certificated afaics. See Step 4 on the below page.

So from October 19th publishing date it could take us to January 19th. If Goldbloc is dependant on this XGB patent to operate fully across 'multiple jurisdictions', then it could explain the further delay. They simply can't operate without the trademark? In the meantime we have crashed headlong into AIM delisting rules.

This is all just my supposition based on the websites own times and what we've been told by LION. I think it's something we could ask at the AGM, whether the delay/delist actually hinges on the potential 3-month waiting time on this trademark. How critical is this trademark to the product?

Seems to indicate the partnership is still solid.

But it's still a lot of money to turn your back on.

If this goes under Mr Parry stands to lose shares that would be valued (at close of 2.65p) £741,010 and Mr Hazell £780, 198. So three-quarters of a million pounds each of their own/families potential current cash value that they'd have flushed down the bog by not returning LION to market.

Looking on the bleak side maybe they can afford to. But from every other angle, who, sensibly, would want to?
