Events are suspicious though... A very murky (at best) purchase of an immature business for a large sum with too many connections to the board for my liking. Share dilution which will no doubt give the board more power and then today an rns calling for an AGM to try and allow them more.... What's to like? Seriously not impressed just when things looked on the up (which is probably why it's happening now)

As a holder I'm not happy with this with the info currently provided and especially the value attached for a start up. The fact there are links in the new company to the logan and zorbas means they need to answer questions on this. It could be all genuine.... I hope so but as it stands I'm suspicious.

Gary - exactly my thoughts at this stage. But definitely some games being played judging by yesterdays trading. I'm very suspicious of cadence atm.

I hope it's cadence... otherwise something really sinister is going on. Agree... I messed up here. Also invested in the asset and didn't expect the company to mess up the financing in the way they have (as it seems atm)

So many round trades going through. Not convinced these are buys though?? I'm sure someone with more understanding than me will have a better guess. Have topped up on the boom or bust theory.

Problem is I cannot place a value on the company at present. Currently operations are loss making so imo worthless. There is a future resource there.. any ideas on how much financing needed? The wording in the RNS was way too open for my liking tbh. "The Company is currently discussing future financing alternatives with its major shareholders and will keep the market updated in this regard." Could be a placing.. could be private...could be something else. Anyway sounds like they're begging for cash and a bit desperate. Seems all a bit sudden that production is so bad for me to trust them. I'd have liked to see a statement that pgd needs x million to be a going concern.... if I've missed it please let me know. GLA

Yep agree. Does feel like some misleading has been going on as I incorrectly felt they were turning this around. Underground resource is probably still there but I suspect we'll be turned over as PIs to finance it.

Roach is the kind of guy who pops out for a pint of milk and returns with a broken TV because he thinks it's cheap and then forgets to buy the milk. Imo his distractions have cost us. I'm sure if the circum cash had been used to develop zulu then we'd have been in a much better place. Higher mcap (assuming the asset is as good as suggested) as the project will have been advanced by now. I'm not sure Prem needs a gold mine if it can't progress zulu or rha. Even if it's a gift horse... it's not one thats come out at the right time.

Aim is bandit county... sell on news... yawn. Rinse and repeat. Going by the size and number of trades probably instigated by people on this board. Disagree this news was already priced in and the NAV update will be interesting.
