I remember doing very well out of CEY when some local fanatic found a way to use a local court to rule the mine was illegal based on paperwork. Didn't stop mining. Didn't stop the government collecting payments. The issue was in the Egyptian courts for years. I sold out a while back when i thought theyd struggle to meet production targets so I've no idea if it ever got resolved. Point I'm making is I'm sure this recent issue will be navigated one way or another. That I'm sure of as money usually talks. I see this as an opportunity to boost my overall holding. As a LTH I'm not overly impressed with this on face value.. but will look with interest tomorrow when we find out details. Hopefully more will come out. On face value there are a few issues in my mind. PS is saying to me that I'm not capable of bringing this any further and desperately need help. I think his time is done. Why 25p? Funny that kdnc chap said 25p many months ago. Let's hope it's coincidence and nothing to do with forcing the price lower for this deal. Full financing still needs sorting. The off take partners will probably be a bit miffed. I certainly would be. Where does this leave the investors such as the Oman fund?

What percentage vote is needed to kick off zorbas etc? From those numbersit looks like the concert crew have 30.3% of the vote....

Let's hope things get better. Personally I wouldn't stand by and do nothing if I saw someone smashing the windows of a shop and stealing 10% of the stock inside. I've no idea how this will now turn out but worth a try to rock the boat a bit

Not at all I actually think a drone surveying business is a good fit and when I saw the headline I thought it was a good move. It's only when I saw the valuation and started a bit of digging that it dawned on me something isn't right. I think because it's a good fit that they've used this as a front to their own means. If the obvious connections weren't there then alarm bells wouldn't be ringing so loudly imo.
