The Company also provided Kerogen Investments No. 18 Limited with the right, in the event of exercise of the Warrants, to subscribe for up to such number of Ordinary Shares as would result in it holding the same percentage interest in the share capital of the Company as it held prior to the Warrants being exercised. This subscription right also has an exercise price of £0.20 per share.
It does not unduly worry me, just a bit surprised.
Yes I know the percentage is small but Kerogen are often cited as the obstacle to a takeover and I just question the confidence in that expectation.
