Social media is the name of the game. Trump is an obvious example. Why do you expect ethical behaviour? Before legislation was introduced trading on insider knowledge was common practice. Do you think that those who did it were concerned about the ethics? There is what’s legal and what’s not. I don’t know If RB is or is not attempting to manipulate the sp but if you have reason to believe he is ask the FCA to investigate.

It is well known that certain posters here have a dislike of RB. The fact is that CA are shareholders in HUR which is something they have in common with most of the posters on this board. Anyone investing in shares is looking to make a profit. That might sound like stating the obvious but how any individual investor chooses to take his profit is up to him. He is not in the game for the benefit of the company OR other shareholders; simply to make a profit. When a shareholder decides to sell is up to him. He will make that decision based on his interests alone. Why should CA be any different? If CA are trading and if this is putting a brake on the SP you have to live with it. Complaining will not stop it and if CA were to exit their holding (as some have expressed a desire to see) it would not do the SP any favours.
For the record I have no like of RB. He is simply a shareholder albeit a large one. You either accept that or decide if you are comfortable holding shares in a company with an activist investor.

I never filter. Tempted sometimes but would never declare and give the target the pleasure of knowing he has upset you. It amuses me when posters expressing their exasperation declare “X your filtered” as X is no doubt having a good LOL. Also when posters realizing they are missing bits of the conversation declare they have had to unfilter someone. Very LOL.

There will certainly be a flow of news and it is quite obvious the company will be keen to announce FOIL prior to the AGM. They will also be well aware that attendees at the AGM will be anxious to glean any information on Warwick if there has been no prior RNS.

The SP triggers mentioned by Morgan Stanley were:

the startup of the early production system at Lancaster,

lifting of the first cargo from Lancaster,

results from Warwick-Deep exploration well,

and the company's Capital Markets' Day which was tentatively expected for late July.

And why would they say "We believe even an announcement of the CMD will itself be a good signalling factor".
It suggests to me that something has been said.

Once they have the assurance of revenue the tentative promise of a main market listing could be confirmed.

I could have said institutions, but what I’m referring to is the expectation of an update on the capital markets day. Remember that Morgan Stanley also mentioned the CMD as a share price trigger. Why would that be?

Have analysts been briefed on the likely news flow?

Maybe the UT does not merit attention but 1.8 million shares traded after 5.00pm all above the UT price might be worth a mention.

Its very basic maths:
Circumference equals Pie X Diameter. Add an additional amount to the circumference and the increase in diameter is easily calculated.
