Brilliant Simple yes in theory they could but since it’s been turned down with no pressure to except why would it be put forward or excepted when they will get in back in dividends payment and still have a company to sell? I feel all this dividends and share buyback theory is a waste of effort there will be an offer on the table well for any payment is made… it’s there to put pressure on bidders..

I do think this helps, put pressure on potential suitors to move quickly since shareholders can just sit back and take the cash..!!:)

And you need to do a bit more homework on values with cash and future cash flow and large tax savings with no value added for the acreage/ licence
