It’s all to play for it’s just patience as it all comes together. I know a lot of the long-term holders have been through it, Believe me I’ve been thought it many times and it’s not fun! but things really do look like a turn for the better even with some dilution:)

I have a large long position with spreadEx and from my experience and having spoken to them in the past on other share when the book is closed to buy this is a good sign as they have filled all there book and will not allow buying for some time… and other this has happened to rose ..!!

And stas20 Yes because I’m sure they are in a closed period and unable to buy shares due to negotiations on the joint venture…

Misdirected agenda that makes me laugh..!! wasn’t it only a few weeks ago the major play for the doom and gloom is the company is bust..!! Now with cash in the bank and it been converted into shares with not a massive amount in issue anyway! This is the latest we are doomed..! Get a grip of course we all know what’s your gender is so that’s irrelevant.! Wells being worked over with the cash bringing in more cash not wasted on exploration at sea as some of the companies might do! This is money to create more liquid gold..! Not perfect in timing but if you’ve had enough experience investing in oil and gas companies you’d know this is just the way it is!But this one has a massive asset that and I believe all will become clear and come good in the next six months..

For a small expanding company there really are not that many shares many small OG listed companies have billions… there is always dilation until profitability it’s the way the system works…!! So many of you were calling it finished not a going concern!! Well we are! And smart investors are willing to lead money to develop the company of course to make money for themselves, but you can’t do that with a failed business..!! This is on the verge of coming very good in my view, so some dilution rather that than shutting the doors and all that potential gone..!

I agree with the overwhelming positive sentiment, the very reputable merger and acquisition law firm(specialising in oil and gas) … taking payment in shares is very rare in my experience, and can only be seen in a positive light…. The JV news looks close :) And with the work overs giving continues new feeds throughout the summer it could be a very good share rally and recovery onto a positive sentiment which has been lacking! Understandably, but with the massive asset, cash coming in, JV with major to develop at no cost to us other than percentage it really is a very good buying and hold opportunity…!!

I suggest you read the official RNS’s first! they’re not looking to buy it they look into farming in.!! I can’t be bothered to explain what that means, but I suggest you go and do some research.! After your first post..!!

And that’s where the opportunity lies O2B@c you’ve got to be in it to win it…!! the market can go far to far in both directions this is massively oversold the upside is the only direction in my view… Cash to increase production (On land with Equipment and manpower available) for speedy delivery…. Revenue to increase monthly to end the year with plenty of cash surplus if we get near goals, strong oil price, a massive reserve with a big player JV could be announced any day..!! What’s not to like…the market will take this on board as our success flows in…! And so will our share price as things prove up!

I think that really depends on the joint venture partner and scale of work program… But who knows I think without the joint venture potential added value if we get to 5000bpd year head we should have min 100/150mkcap ..good luck all

What if you could use simple maths fast food it’s quite explanatory 100 million is approximately five times our current mkcap and I’m allowing for dilution…so I don’t do predictions, but I’m looking at 15 to 20p as a conservative figure…. Once again please explain your valuation….???

I’m curious, fast food you give a share price of 9p for the year this based on a possible 5000 barrels per day by the end of the year in which case I’m fascinated to know how you work out your valuation of a mkcap of approx 30mil please explain!? I would put a figure close and beyond 100 million and that’s conservative…

And for balance lots of longs on spreadEx also..!!

If the news we are hoping for comes later don’t forget TW and his followers will have to close there shorts which leads to a bigger rise on good news I hope a lot of them get burnt…I think it’s a sad and destructive practice..!!

This is easily £100 million company as it stands with the oil reserves alone..!! Proving them up Wells flowing and cash coming in to continue development and hopefully with a good joint partner with deep pockets and manpower this will happen over the next couple of years… as Yazz would say the only way is up..!! I’ve recently invested having been screwed with Exite and hurricane over the last serval years this is my last throw of the dice on oil… I like that we have cash flow onshore rigs ( less risk and cost ) covering cost with profit this year safe country to do business in and even if we only end up with 100 million barrels of recoverable that’s a hell of a lot of cash…And will underpin a strong share price… Good luck all old and new…:)

Already has for the last 12 years with QE, and artificially suppressed interest rates, keeping zombie businesses alive..!! And households.! And the Bank of England lost its credibility years ago!
