No, it won’t affect the amount of shares in issue and unlike the dividends which is paid out at the end of the year as a percentage of the profit. We’ve built up so much cash over the last two years and our board is so ****ing useless and cannot do anything constructive with it they have been forced to give some back to us…

True… and at that point shareholders would potentially had a return of up to 300 million… So no need to run scared or even scare monger ..!! I believe there will be a sale in the meantime anyway before any return of capital,… but since it is not a distressed sale with a company with no debt and a massive cash pile and production ... And Maybe you can give a valid reason why they pick it up for peanuts?
