If I recall, rightly it was up 20% just the other week over there! The pond life were very quiet and dismissive again mentioning zero volume..!! Funny how they look to use anything to try and get in the lower entry. It’s so pathetic and transparent…!! Antha, it’s not a classroom vote of a show of hands..! All the electronic and postal votes will be counted… The problem is the percentage of votes you have to have against it to be able to rule it out. It would have to be a majority… so I doubt unless the institutional investors and large individual investors vote against it, it will pass… It’s dilution that you should worry about not consolidation, and they hasn’t said it will be doing that at present… Yes it’s a possibility but so are other avenues.

Well we must give all the pond life contributors over the bank holiday weekend a round of applause ! The main prize goes to Stas as most prolific, and obviously no life.. I personally think we might have quite a good week oil up nicely and news of workovers possibly? Always best to look on the sunnier side of life:)

Stas as it stands there is no dilution news! As much as you would like to make it sound like it has been agreed or is a done deal… often companies write these options into companies articles as possible options if needed and as a small growing company it’s part of the course until they are profitable all of them Dilute..! They haven’t said they will be doing! If it comes to pass and we are not in a much stronger financial, strategic and partnership position with a re rated share price… then it’s time to be upset and even with the consolidation the value of your investment would stay the same! I believe if this passes it will be later this year or next after the improvements in production hopefully around 5k and a JV the company and the share price will be in a very different place who knows what level but a 20 mil MKCAP will be long forgotten! Good luck all investors new and old I believe even the investors in at high averages will win…. Art has to pull this off..!! It’s all there it’s and coming together… Good luck all

Stas, no problem with airing your frustrations we all have a right to our opinion… good and bad, but repeating it serval times a day even to the most naive looks questionable!

Agreed Easy do people really believe our cornerstone investor having just funded our current requirements and not selling as far as we are aware didn’t know about this plan going forward? Of course they did and were happy to lend and not worry about dilution knowing what is going on and how things will be restructured and their potential return! I see this renaming as a positive and agree with a lot of others about the higher and stable share price to join with a major on a massive project… it’s all coming together value will come and it’s not far around the corner in my view…:)
