I agree potato head especially with the Ponzi bit.! but if you look at the charts over the last 40 years interest rates falling money being easier and easier until you build the fourth wave of house price boom at 0% base rate… then old school economics after all the money printing artificially suppressed interest rates they are now out of bullets and inflation is taking hold and the only thing to fight it interest rates! You will see the real pain in the housing market next year… and I can assure you this rhetoric you hear about supply demand will become complete rubbish… ! We had the same story in the late 80s, and we went from having 15 to 20 properties on our books in 1988 the height of the boom to 150 by 90/91…. People don’t sell when they think they’re making money and not under great financial stress… or repossessed…

Taverham if you use that logic, the same could be said for European and especially US markets since they are down in a big way , especially the US people are fickle and greedy they will return they always do… it’s the over bloated housing booms you need to worry about more especially us with interest rates heading for 4/5% this is like 89/93 doubling of interest rates a crushed pound, recession …I was selling houses in Guildford it was a 40% house price correction something I would say was needed to go back to free market economics and true capitalism… and better for the young generation a lot of people will get burnt but us previous generations had to deal with it !

Good for you in and out on your 30% if you can’t see upside with the potential cash being invested in either drilling, a new well or other assets, maybe you shouldn’t be looking at companies with a balance sheet of tens of millions at a low Market cap valuation… maybe look at one laden with debt but a good salesman at the helm?

I trade constantly in all markets..just a few weeks ago you were showing off about how successful you’ve been in your trades in and out of oil companies?… it’s just that there is a group of narcissist out there that feel that they can influence shares to their own gain either Up or down and I guess that’s not you! I also trade Hur and have a large holding separately but would never talk a share up or down depending on my position….
