Senseman, in auction is when the share price is suspended for a short space of time…With the bid and the offer trying to be settled and be satisfied… this can obviously be if demand is high to buy or demand is high to sell…There will be placed orders on there books at all different prices but once these are filled they have to wait or find new willing buyer so sellers ..it comes out of auction when this has been satisfied either possibly pushing the price up or down… sometimes it can be trying to find a buyer for a bid with no buyers or sellers are available so the market maker is protecting themselves until they satisfy the order..Hope that helps

I would have thought they will fall on there swords before the AGM jump before they are pushed and humiliated…. I would guess they know as soon as the bonds are payed off they have no power or support from bond holders and I would say CA has every possibly covered…with a new CEO and CFO ready… I think things could start moving very quickly say next month as soon as the bank acc is covering bonds they are done!

Surely our Chairman has a roll and responsibility in the we negotiation? I would’ve thought having been put in by CA he would take more of an active roll… Everything has to be signed off by him?

I agree Wookiemonster not a great hale of PR to promote a new listing and build excitement for the new company…!. I wonder if some of it was the last minute to raise funds and not enough time to do the rounds to the media outlets..? I’m just hopeful that like so many companies it’s not talk and they have business and plans to make this company grow I would be far more grateful for that and then the market will follow… fingers crossed

Wookiemonster I hear what your saying…but Taxi has a point as a small company they look for placings from institutions and fund mangers… not direct to small private investors that only tends to happen a lot later on in the development of the company… so we are irrelevant and and our shares don’t pay there wages or development we can either choose to go along with the ride… but I do like the fact our CEO has the right background and go getter attitude and most Important and quite rare his own money on the table and not a token amount.!
