And averaged down now to 2.2p which still looks expensive compared to current sp. It's a complete punt I know but this isn't finished yet. One larger order and this could be back in business so to speak. But it's money I can afford to lose so no sleepless nights.

Yes I think its simply that they are a new player in a long established market and they have to show they can 'cut the mustard'. We are talking about extremely wealthy buyers at the retail end and the distributors will not want to lose any reputation for quality. I just think its a matter of time and whether we can get sufficient cash-flow before more funds are required.

Its a start. Build a client base and thereby build a reputation in the market for good delivery and quality, dependability. Its interesting that this is a relatively small initial off take but the company is quietly hinting that volumes could grow over the next two years. My somewhat uneducated guess is that the client is taking a small quantity initially to 'test the waters' given that FOX is new to the market. Should FOX deliver I believe the volume WILL grow, the orders will get bigger, and the reputation gained will bring new buyers in.

Here is a company which is delivering value in the form of new integration partners with 'open door' customer bases which Synety have direct access to. This is in stark to companies which make empty promises about contracts which never come, and thus revenues that never materialise.

No reaction from the market and shares have dropped back near lows. Guess it's just no one wants to buy at the moment!

Yes still very much here mate. I actually first spotted these at around 70/80p and really liked the look of them but didn't buy and just watched their relentless rise. The 1/2 year chart is something to behold. Of course there are some of the well known big players moving into the M2M/IoT market but Telits (I believe) proposition is that they cover the whole picture - one stop one shop. Will add more later.

Thanks but the metrics were not a surprise to me. As I suspected we would, we have a seller into the rise which I think is Commerzbank reducing their position. So until they stop selling we won't see a proper reversal in trend IMO but at least their sales are being mopped up.

KPI's looking good, notable is accelerating rate of ARR compared to H1 2014 indicating more customers taking up premium product (which also has highest margin).

Dropped to 160p as I suggested last week. Support now at this level. I think we have certainly dropped to a reasonable valuation at just over £13m mc given the huge growth potential. Revenue starts from a very low base but just look at the partners and SNTY's 'open door' to them and superb products.

Commerzbank reducing holding which is no doubt at least partly, perhaps largely, responsible for the fall in SP. Always thought it strange that they had built such a large holding in such a small company in the first place….. Normally a big player like that wouldn't be interested in such a tiddler.

Yes indeed. There is poor liquidity here so small sells can cause exaggerated moves in the SP which in turn affects sentiment - and as we know thats not good atm! So you're correct, the company could be doing fine (and I believe they are) but its very difficult to value a company so early in its development which has great potential but isn't likely to break even for at least a year.

Jolly - yes any things possible in this market. ATB with your bargain hunting. ;) Next weeks KPI's will be interesting and I am fully expecting a bigger news flow towards end of this year. The way this shaping up it's either going to crash and fail or multi bag plentifully. Reason - the US land grab being attempted.
