Once the company has doubled its value from the current valuation which it could easily achieve within the next 2/3 years given current and future growth it will look to join the main market. It also has its eye on a NASDAQ listing although again it will want to be significantly larger first and, interestingly, they are also looking for a listing at some point on the Israeli exchange.

I'm not sure if its a first to be honest but yes I would say its highly significant. Telits global HQ is in London. However, it is a global organisation and clearly the US and US investors are and will definitely be key to the companies success. Therefore it makes perfect sense to time the call so that the US can participate live. Who knows, we may end up with a NASDAQ listing here at some point….

darthv1 - Kolar is not going to show a revenue from any of its projects because its not a producer, its an exploration/development company. Thats not to say it doesn't possess value, it does. But transformational value will come through winning the tender for BGML or extracting value from their investment in GMSI Kolar also have approx £3.5m in cash hence you can see from the MC this company is purely valued on cash only - assets are in for free!

Important facet of next Tuesdays interims will not be the results as we know we're not at break even yet. It will be about any indication of progress in the US. If that is bullish I see a good run in the offing as we're now at a fairly sensible valuation. Long term this has got winner all over it provided management can execute strategy and take us to profitability without over extending capability. I believe they can.

That's correct there is definitively no mining here. :) There is no mine. Hence no risk associated with mining. Purely quarry processing - very straightforward. Low cost high margin.

As said that's two mega sized buys in two days. That's over 1.2% of the company snapped up in two trades. Big vote of confidence. I think overhang gone here now as I can dummy sell entire holding well above quoted bid @ 18.82p.

This is an amazing further collapse in sentiment since placing @ 20p just three weeks ago! Presumably some II's bought at that price. You would normally expect a placing to at least put a floor on the SP? Not here.

Yes I would expect that to provide a bit of support to the SP in the sense that if there was any overhang it surely must have cleared it! The most likely explanation is that it was a very large order filled over some time and that may release the price a bit….

Heres the reason the price went straight up from 18.25p to 19p. A purchase of 887,777 shares @ 19p. :)) Very large statement of confidence from somebody.

Still intrigued about this mark up. No trades gone through here. Only a small trade on isdx. My guess is we will see a large delayed trade or two. Or maybe an RNS has been lodged? We'll see tomorrow if theres anything in it. Anyone else got any ideas?

With regard to the acquisition of the new Omega Sivec marble quarry at Prilep in Macedonia I read a very astute post by Milogleeson on ADVFN which I will quote here: I think there is a logic to this purchase which makes good strategic sense. If you can secure a leading position in particular style of marble with a unique selling point, which there is little direct competition for, people have to come to you to get it. This provides an entry point to the distributors that the company needs to crack open to get round the existing marble suppliers who have a lot of the market sewn up. Once you get in with Sivic it will allow you push some of the other products through the same channels. Still excellent value. I totally agree and it all starts to make a little more sense now. My initial reaction being, they don't need more marble, they need more sales…. However, now they have practically cornered the market in the prestigious Sivec we can see the prospect of a real breakthrough into the market.
