Agreed. I noted the cash balance of just under £4m equivalent. Looked reasonably healthy to me. One would think the market would assume no prospect of a cash call in the offing. Also don't forget Chris has emphasised this is a high margin business.

Total valuation: £6.23m So, as we can see from above Kolar should be at least 6p and that does NOT include further highly likely upgrade in Jonnagiri resource plus a successful tender bid for BGML (for which Kolar and it's associates have first refusal) So, IMO a very low risk investment as the company has a prudent approach to investment and low cash burn (£1.2m) per year with very good upside potential.

So, bullet points in what is a further positive development for the company: - further investment in GMSI (which the company holds a 23% stake) - GMSI to initiate further drilling program at Jonnagiri which has a 710,000 ozs proven resource - defined target 2-5 millions ozs - company cash balance of 3.4m so companies market valuation is cash only - NOTHING valued for Jonnagiri or for BGML. Plus - to repeat - company has NO debt. It also appears that Kolar has funded their additional investment in GMSI with NO dilution to shareholders. Very encouraging news. This is totally under the radar of investors and IMO substantially undervalued.

Is it conceivable the news was already in the price? Sentiment is at rock bottom here. That means either this is going to go bust or it's a potential recovery play. Be interesting to see who replaces the founder. I doubt he's going to flog his shares either.

Absolutely no more delays! The weathers been good over there so no excuses on that front. I'm hoping the processing plant completion will lead to much more substantial sales and that this is the 'final piece' so to speak.

It's more likely to be news on the sale/tender of BGML than the Deccan/GSMI merger. We're due an update on BGML. Deccan will not proceed further with merger of GSMI (which is a takeover) until they've proved up their valuation of Jonnagiri. So I reckon news on BGML. If Kolar end up winning the bid for Bharat this multibags no question.

Dummy buy quote up to 15,000 @3.5p now. Anything over goes NT. MM's getting short for a change. Looking good. BTW forget gold price here, not a producer, this has no debt, just valued at cash in bank only. Nothing in there for two main assets -BGML and GMSI stake. DYOR - you will find this is undervalued.

Managed to pick up an extra 100,000 @ 3.25p. Not showing anywhere yet. Any more and goes to NT so 1.6m buy must have nearly cleared overhang of shares from dribs and drabs PI sells over past few months.

Someone just decided to snap up 1.6% of the company in a single trade. First real buying action since Nick Spencer bought in July. Smart money?
