So what did we learn today? Well we learned that a press release = 'recent speculation' LOL! I dare say one or two butts have been kicked at Beattie.

Whether it was Beattie Communications who blundered today. They appear to be responsible for issuing press releases on behalf of PINN.

MXC Holdings raised their stake to 3.38% last December. Interestingly they are a majority shareholder in MXC Capital for which a certain Nigel Wray is a major shareholder.

Darron Giddens increased his stake to a respectable 4.76% late last year. More skin in the game.

I have. Which is why I first bought in a couple of weeks ago as a punt on improving financials. Directors have skin in the game and committed to turning this round. A big problem under the previous regime was operating costs growing faster than revenues! New management rightly focusing initially on driving costs down. Let's see what they say tomorrow.

kay786 - yes I think they surely will issue an RNS because they already announced the O2 tie up today on their own website but dated TOMORROW (excuse the capitals) then withdrew it when they realised the mistake. It includes a quote from the CEO as well! I think they have gauged that they can get away with it because so few people actually saw it and have just acted like it never happened! I certainly acted on it this morning by purchasing another £4.5k worth before the market got wind.

LQ this hasn't been in the red at all today. It was up 1/2p when they released the RNS. They made the announcement because they'd erroneously put an announcement dated tomorrow on their website. When they realised they'd made a boo boo they released a rather more vague announcement to the market and took the original announcement off their website! The bit that puzzles me as that the original announcement was very clear - that they WERE announcing a more enhanced and wide ranging partnership with O2.

If we finish north of 8p today the one year downtrend is smashed.

Yes it was clearly a boo boo on somebody's part....Hopefully there will still be some market impact when the news is officially released tomorrow. It should get wider coverage then anyway!

There was a news announcement posted on the company website which has now been removed! Interesting thing is that it was dated 18th so I think we can safely expect at least one, if not, two RNS's tomorrow morning ;) The other being financial results. The announcement was regarding a considerably enhanced partnership agreement with O2.

That was a good spot! Interesting because the date is for tomorrow and it certainly looks like an RNS worthy announcement so has it slipped out accidentally on the company website I wonder? Looks like a very positive piece of news but the market has barely noticed!

Possibilities though GDL is a perennial under performer and over promiser. Good luck with those price targets. I also like TRAK. Landed another contract and clearly a big growth area. CYAN is another well known stock but may finally be gaining traction after years of promise but no delivery, and also now extending their markets.

I like PAL. Well funded and supported by major palm oil producer. Operates in Liberia so bombed out by Ebola but I see that as short term setback. Rather tasty long term growth prospects. Emphasise the long term bit. Watching it and hoping to get in sub 4p would be nice. How 'bout u?

Just bought in. Showing as a sell @ 46.85p. Has hit the bottom of bollinger band in trading range. Looks due a bounce and barely above IPO price so happy to be in at this level in a growth business.

MM's aren't normally interested in quoting here. Normally goes NT for small sales. Not today, they want to take stock, even biggish amounts. I see the same pattern as recent times and suspect Ruffer have further orders in here, or someone has.

In early for a punt - results due next week. Question is will they have turned things round sufficiently and be cash-flow positive? Can take a loss but don't see much downside from here.
