They have not signed off on the original FS OR this improved one, indeed CGH confirm they will NOT be seeking sign off anymore. IMO this will not endear them to the Chinese so what are the implications. This is significant because Charaat had tied their colours 100% to the Chinese mast. Forget the stuff about revenues up and profit etc. Their trade receivables have been rising alarmingly since mid last year - rocketing actually. They have no cash and they're two biggest customers are not paying them. With a MC of £4.8m and trade receivables at nearly £10m more than the MC the company is now talking of a provision which could wipe out the BS at a stroke. I suggest that if there is an offer it will be substantially below 18p because the company have no assets. Exoect a crash tomorrow morning.

I think confirms what I suspected and stated yesterday. A reallocation of positions. Judging by today's drop to more 'normal' levels it merely confirms. A few PI's will've been suckered in no doubt. Whether this will accrue any financial benefit I'm not sure Kolar effectively becomes a quoted shell company and a RTO takes place with an unknown fintech company.

City analyst on Share Radio tonight was being interviewed about the precious metals sector. He was asked if he had any other sectors he was currently interested in and he named cyber security which he regards as 'attractive'. He likes the fact that revenue is diversified over a number of different sectors - most industries will require it, not just financial and government. Out of interest the sector PE ratio average is approx 18 but has been as high as 27. FLX have a little way to go yet until we start talking about PE ratios. ;)

Brokers doing a good job of reallocating positions? As said previously pre-agreed trade prices being executed in an orderly fashion. Otherwise, on this volume, there would've been substantial movement up or down.

I have reduced my holding by around 25% over the past few weeks (profiting I might add) but still have a sizeable stake and yes, I will be looking to re-add again as I anticipate 'developments'. What is this 'less than impressive' RNS you're referring to?? Today's announcement merely confirms the move toward a fintech deal and I do think one or two are not seeing the bigger picture if I may say so. And yes we know funding will be required but it won't be for working capital it will be investment I'm sure. I also think a reverse takeover is a possibility but that's just my thinking.

Agreed. Rupert Williams does indeed have links to the fintech space. I anticipate (as stated before) developments here fairly soon.

Sold out first thing due to poor hedging numbers. I believe market will dwell on the markedly sub current gold price forward sales. Fair? Maybe not but that's market reality. Production numbers are ahead of guidance which is good but happy to be out for now with a decent profit. Will look to buy back in at a suitable point. ATB to all holders - and if I'm wrong so be it.

Quite a lot of buying in the last 40 mins with a near on 400k delayed buy just appeared. Someone was pretty keen! Have to check chart later as this looks pretty bullish now after our consolidation - new uptrend high for sure.

After Friday's rise and buying above 2p. Looks like a speculator balling today to me. We can expect more exaggerated movements here in coming weeks. Hopefully to the upside.

Unusual strength and movement particularly late afternoon. Somebody scrambled on board last minute with £11.5k full ask. One wonders.... It's possible they will exceed production guidance for Q1 (if you average out based on 2016 guidance) esp as they were producing at a rate of over 100k ozs annualised in Q4 2015. Depend on grades I suppose. I'll also be looking for their latest hedging trades. They've played this well in the past to be fair locking in prices. The other thing always worth keeping in your back pocket here is that this is a potential T/O target. Shanta will be being watched by bigger fish that's for sure.
