Futile exercise. How the Stock Market works & who pulls the strings is one of the best kept secrets of all time. The explanations on the net from untrained individuals that have never worked in the Industry are amusing at best. I view it as an additional form of taxing the General Public. The psychology of the punters is amassing too. People are totally convinced it’s what ‘they’ think it is. Which is anything other than the reality.

Look at a 2 year+ graph. Previously this paten has continued until the SP has been taken down another leg. Which may or may not occur again & again ?.

True Pricey: Lets say the True Price of a stock is £1 & it’s Shorted to 50p. The MM’s positions & quotes will straddle 50p. The end of day UT will ascertain a True Price at around 50p, dependant on the days trades. But as you can see it’s not really the True Pricey. So do any stocks trade at True Pricey ?

What’s your conclusion then Anton, there not trades ? In general if it’s ‘Non Price Contribution to Discovery Indicators', it’s not a trade. Reason why they are in the After Market. However that flag type can occur during the trading session but for a different reason. Computerisation has completely changed the Stock Market beyond recognition of which the General Public are totally unaware. Viewing it as before compuers. Groovy ain’t’ it.

Re PFC, look at a 4 Month graph. It’s being Professionally worked. Taken down & twice closed back up. The Industry play with borrowed stock so minimal loss if anything goes wrong. Probability is that PFC will be saved but also that value will be extracted from the Market Cap because why not, it’s cheap funding & the only reason why Co’s list on markets: funding. PI’s that haven’t experienced Dilution with have a punt & find out the hard way. I hope I’m wrong but there are plenty of other trades with less risk.

Few, doesn’t PFC have around £400m of debt which needs refinancing, thus the possibility of massive share price dilution ? It’s been stated that shareholders might be wiped out. Look into the details. We don’t know what will happen which is why I wouldn’t touch it with a bargepole.

Did you know that Professionals don’t actually need a lot of stock to move an SP but they do need volume to profit take. Something to ponder perhaps ?

Casper, this is standard Industry Trading. They don’t add value, they just take it down first then close it back up. The only added value comes from the General Public who are being worked. Consider the PI losses when this was being taken down for 2 years.

They don’t take the SP’s up like the US market, just this pantermine.

Yep, professionally worked as always & nothing to do with anything else.

We need to shut down the North Sea & remove all the Petrol & Diesel vehicles from the roads. Stop using Diesel trains & Gas for electricity generation. We managed with power cuts in WW2 & the 70’s. More people keeping fit walking & using horse & carts. The Victorians had the right idea. EV’s are too expensive for many, so they can take virtual holidays at home. This won’t stop global warming as were too small a country to matter & other countries keep developing & advancing but at least we won’t get the blame.

AI… did someone mention AI. It’s said that AI will replace about 40% of jobs over the next 7 years. Radical changes on the way & that’s not just ‘everyone’ driving bottom end £32k to £40k EV’s. Or buying second hand & replacing the battery at a small cost of £15k.

The UK could open up the North Sea & export GAS & Oil to Europe. Which would greatly enhance the current account ‘deficit’. But they would sooner buy it in from abroad. The UK has the 3rd highest Electricity in the World. Higher than Europe, which is higher than the US. If business’s can’t compete & are exiting don’t be surprised. Problem is the Government keeps being taken to court over this issue.

One European Country exports GAS & Oil to Europe & enjoys the Wealth that brings, boasting the largest current account ‘surplus’. Meanwhile in the UK many want to shutdown the north sea & remove the petrol & diesel vehicles from the roads.

Economics no longer applies to the UK as it can fund it existence & welfare system from issuing bonds to foreign investors. That is until the GDP activity can no longer pay the interest payments. Money that could have also, gone to the NHS. Why is it that no one can join the dots. Meanwhile everyone gets poorer.

Super, they fall into the first group, however upon a quick look I don’t think that they are participating in TLWs listing management, so will be out of the inner loop. I monitor a lot of stocks, can someone please refresh my memory, what was the error they made ?

I agree with Jeffries forecast based on technical’s. Which have been previously discussed on this bb. The only thing missing from these forecasts is the time scale. This year or next ? That said I can’t see the listing not being worked for a period of six Months.

There are two types of forecasters, those that work in this specific area & know how the system works & those that don’t.

The object of the exercise is to get the stock noticed & draw money in, prior to the dilution. So far this has been successful. Don’t rock the boat.

You have a choice, you can view this from the perspective of the General Public, with all the smoke mirrors & marketing on the net to support the illusion. Accepting the cookies to enable fees. Or you can view this from the Industries perspective, which requires a ‘completely-different-mind-set’ & is the reality. Psychology, the best way to manipulate people is to passively get them to convince themselves, first.

The easiest path is the one your currently on.
