The Pro money when in before the contact was announced & has since been averaging out. Taking profit with an objective of minimum price impact, ie elevated level. This along side market making activity. PI’s bumbling about is the third element in the equation & where the profit derives from.

Hi GB33, anything is possible. I'm guessing that the current selling is the usual nominee account client with some way to go, trader position adjustment & a few PI's. It's all a case of time vs volume. Doubtful that the usual daily dilution sales will be 'paused' for too long, as there's next years bills to consider. It's interesting that the Pro's involved initially appear not to see the low volume issue. You can try all you like but ultimately the money comes from PI's & if the volume's not there, it's not there.

Hi Geng, the current process is not to shift shares, it's to increase the sp. The placing will hopefully take place at an elevated price level. The issue is the timeline until that starts. Months, weeks or days ? If the process is met with a lot of PI selling, then it may have to take place at a lower price level. If you use level 2, things should be obvious.

This is what I was referring to yesterday. The price may rise with low volume but selling quantity at an elevated price is not so easy. Unless you have an algo to average the money out, of cause. This is the issue with illiquid AIM stocks. Timeline to placing sales, ticking.

If anyone is trying to take this baby up, then they are meeting some sizable sales along the way. Not surprising really with many years of trapped PI's eager to be set free. Not difficult to see why there are no attempts to 'open the stock up' in the morning, it would be a costly lesson.

Don't dismay if there is not a JV announced this Week. With another 14 years funding dilution in place, there will be plenty of time, no ones in a rush.

Hi Geng, are you implying that a days increased value is extracted later in the day. The result of which might be keeping the stock in a side-channel, surly not. If that's the case it's a good job that no one here is able to calculate share pricing.

Hi tacet, the spread for the current side-channel is around 1.115 to 1.20. The top of the channel may increase during the day but will usually correct at the end of the day, as any increased value is extracted.. The recent low was 0.0085, at that time the spread was around 42%. Hope that helps.
