JPKiter, you raise a good point. You will not know the size of the liabilities until you see the yearend accounts. If fully funded for a period, it’s highly unlikely that the contractors will sit on the stock & will continue to sell. There are also sizeable warrants pending exercising. Sp’s usually rise when there is a pause in industrial selling because novices pay higher prices above fair values, which causes the spikes. Spikes are just that because the prices paid are irrational by people that get caught up in the auction.

With the stock market there are many shades of grey. Only pension funds stick around for long periods. Unlike PI’s who hold for decades hoping for pots of gold at the end of the rainbow & usually end up trapped in the nominee accounts. Other institutions sell when reasonable profits are achieved. This may not be at an elevated share price to their purchase price. As other activities offset the difference. The Bank of New York’s ‘client’ account can demonstrate this between Nov 2019 & April this year. What was the issue price 1.7p ?….

Sparticus12 hi, your very welcome to your opinion. But do the maths as others here have: what is the income from the coupon & what is the companies liabilities. You can use the previous accounts for a guide. Also look at the RNS’s to see how a continuous dilution process, that’s share issuance, works & reconcile it with a 5 year graph. Re technicalities, the general public do view the industry very differently from anyone that has worked in it.

Correct GB33, the income is less than the projects liabilities, which have recently increased & thus the continuous dilution system is here to stay. Yearend accounts will clarify all. Re trading values, without the exchanges UT’s, closing & opening prices can be wildly out of value. One of the reasons why Pro traders avoid illiquid stocks.

Hi etank & thanks for your post. I fully understand what is occurring here. In the absence of income from any other activity ie ore production, it’s the same business model as the proceeding 14 years. Business’s are all about income stream. It’s only PI’s that are sold on the marketing & that’s why the nominee accounts are bulging to the brim.

Why are posters getting so excited about iron ore prices, do you think that you will be receiving dividends ? The money will be better allocated. However novices can learn from the use of interest free cash & offshore opportunities.

The object of the game is to sell stock to retail, same as your local store. This is what the stock market is all about. If you look at the holdings you will see that some stock has been successfully sold to retail & some to other contractors, pending sale to retail later. It’s only when ‘all’ of the new issued stock ‘at no par value’, is sold to retail that the work is complete. Not rocket science to figure it out, but trading against the Pro’s & managing the spread is. Arbitrage & ACTX can help though.

With so much stock to sell to PI’s over the coming Months. It’s good to see sales progressing nicely, as the increased value is periodically extracted. Lets hope sales continue to improve.

Are PI’s here forgetting the 348,571,421 dilution shares to sell into the PI Nominee accounts. Maybe a little research into what move stocks up, down & causes 'side-channels' may be helpful. Ie supply & demand. Good to read that a Gencore contract is not just a fantasy.

A nice full Offer column in the order book & that’s only the lit venue. So much lovely stock to sell over the coming Months. The marketing & sales team’s will have to work hard to earn their pay & target bonus’s. As ever, volume is key.

Hi Cosy, PI’s have bought a billion shares over the past 14 years & at far higher prices than currently. Buying shares is all that PI’s do, because they are ‘investing’. The PI nominee accounts are not bulging without reason. This looks like the usual contract, sold at a discount & later sold to PI’s over the coming Months. Difference is that the bar has been lowered, their last lot was priced at 2.12. Sales proceeding well today & at a slightly higher VWAP of 1.91, than yesterday.

BobTpt hi, Factual information, try looking at a 5 year chart & reconcile it with the RNS’s over that period. Also take a look at the yearend accounts. Re clueless, poster’s can post about the details of the stock market & how to make money in it. But no they don’t, it’s all a retail distraction, ie Tesla, batteries etc & in the background the industry is making money.

And there’s so much dilution pending. Looking at the 41m shares traded, a large account might be off loading. I think your breakout to the upside might have ended, Cheng. Grate RNS, they just get better & better.

Warrants & share issuance progressing well, as the shares are sold into the novice nominee accounts. Lets hope healthy volumes can be maintained to avoid too much share price decay & maintain the 2p side channel during the process. Healthy sales are the most important factor.

My guesstimate is 1b145m956,682 of new shares at 20p in addition to the 82m500,000 x 26.69p. Totals to around 2b150m485,313.80 shares, which will equal a share price of around 21.32 pence, based on Fridays close. Which is about what the industry have taken the share price to. To reduce risk for them. But of cause time will tell.

‘breathtakingly blatant’ what might you mean cbaron ? lots of ACTX trades at 2.74 but then an accurate exchange calculated UT close of 2.45, surly not, but then this AIM.

Hi etank, yes anything is possible. However don’t assume that takeovers etc always take place at higher prices, they don’t. Intermediaries can also be contracted to buy stock at lower prices. I previously posted about a stock which traded at 40p for about 15 years, then fell to 2p & was taken over at 6p in a couple of Months. Convenient wasn’t it.
