It appears the Bod wants to motor on in their EV’s. So what if it’s not authorised, is it to be paid out of the Market Cap or will it be cancelled ? POG has recently been delisted & posters on the bb stated that the UK regulator has given the Russians a free gold mine. The incoming PM may not be on the best terms with Putin. Three Months is a long time to wait in Dodge.

Also the subsidiary sale was reported in 2021 that cash pot will probably be diminished to some degree by now, unless you know otherwise.

Of cause this will carry on, ‘if possible’, it’s a good money spinner.

So based on that if the SP is at 1.8p or less, the company will be delisted because there’s no value left. What if by that time the SP is down to a penny, doesn’t quite add up does it. Maybe they will have to issue more shares to fund it.

It’s not just Putin that might pull the plug. POG is in liquidation & an international brokerage firm is shutting down. I don’t have the time to look into this but Russian connections & western regulators are not a good mix.

In the meantime they can issue more shares & dilute the SP for funding, which of cause is the reason why company’s list on stock markets, funding. The SP hasn’t just fallen without reason.

I’m happy to explain if anyone wants to know. It falls under ‘share pricing basics’. But all aspects of what’s going on in the murky background would be a lengthy subject & could take Months of meeting in the Pub. Thinking about it, that could be a good way of getting free beer.

Hi Stockbuster, in the penny arcades at the seaside there are waterfall machines. Coins piled high at the front so the coin flow is directed to the slots at the sides. I view the stock market as a highly advanced computerised version of the same thing.

Or put another way, it’s a highly efficient mechanism for relieving intelligent people of their hard earned cash.

It’s even more impressive when the price control Algo gets the maths spot on in the closing UT & closes the stock at exactly the same price as yesterday. Some doing that.

Capdailbrit hi, one of the most important rules is to preserve the capital that you already have, otherwise your peddling backwards. Answer me this, why did the stock drop to 40p last Month when Oil broke it’s trend lines. Yet hasn’t this Month even though Oil is now much lower ? Re Shorts which instruments are you referring too, Industry or the inferior Retail products that have no impact on the stock ?

I suspect the only thing holding this up is the FT250 valuation at the end of the Month. Happy to be wrong. Oil tends to rise for a few days then take another leg down. Challenging times. Whatever you do don’t look at a 3 or 6 Month IGAS chart.

There might be a dark side to this. If the disgruntled CNE Funds want out, who are they going to sell to ? Market Makers or PI’s. If it’s MM’s there could be a large drop. If PI’s the stock could channel in a narrow band for many Months, with the slightest rise sold into. We know PI participation is negligible.

Hi JMAX, I think the continuing conveyor of RNS’s offer an insight of the second element that has huge influence on the stock, even if that’s indirectly. Both with the ability to go Short.

Looks to be continuing it’s Down-Trend. Oil stocks in a holding pattern until the end of the Month, then it’s party time. Can’t you just sense the frustration of having to wait.
