The Industry wouldn’t be able to achieve these wonderful trades, if it was not for Shorting. All credit to the guy sat on the price control prop desk pulling the strings. It’s unfortunate that this is the only way that money can be made from the listing. And they don’t have the aptitude to induce investment to add value but this is a low volume AIM stock. Most bottom end listing have a market size of 300,000. With IGAS it’s only 5000, says it all.

There’s been a lot of PI buying over the Week but the increased value has been continually sold into. Looks like it was a bit too much today & some PI’s sold. We now know the reason. Might bounce tomorrow, just down to the Guy sitting on the Prop Desk. Then the same can continue next Week.

I believe that this is a very successful listing which has achieve it’s objectives. A very large & valuable deposit has been established. It’s unfortunate that it was not able to be sold at a more favourable time & price. I’m sure the trading activity over the years has achieved spectacular results for the Industry participants & professionally managed accounts. My favourite is the 2009 trade. It’s unfortunate that many Retail investors have not benefited to the same degree. But that’s the issue with unskilled self manage.

All of this is nothing compared to the EV revolution. Folk don’t know wants coming. You buy a new £30k to £40k EV every 5 years. Accept about 90%+ depreciation or replace the battery at a cost of £15k. If you can’t afford that, your off the road. Cheap motoring will be a thing of the past.

How One interprets the RNS & multiplies the figures contained therein is down to the individual. I still think there is the potential for substantial upside to 4.5p+. But there are no guarantees. We will have to wait to see how this plays out. Polish the rocket or damp squid.

‘What is everyone’s trading strategy on this’

The key point here is the 3 Month Time-Line between the payment being received & the stock going X dividend.

My take: the stock will rise to reflect the payment. Some traders will profit take & the stock will get noticed. There is a window of up to 3 Months where people can buy in & still qualify for the dividend. Right up to the X dividend date. Over this ‘lengthy’ period the stock has the potential to rise back to it’s year high of 4.50 & above. Dependant on the value added to the market cap by buyers participation. The cherry on the cake is the dividend.

Is currently up 200% but I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy it at this late stage. There’s a good chance that AMC will have it’s day & surpass your expectations. We will find out soon.

There are a lot of PI’s currently absent from the market & the Pro’s are taking advantage of this by Shorting stocks down, in low volume & acquiring stock via Equity Swaps. The RNS’s are becoming common place.

The Industries ability to Short these UK listed low volume stocks … to create wonderful opportunities !

Professional buys long stock & later loans it out for Shorting. Stock drops, Short is indirectly reconciled with the clients Long position. Profit on the Short, which is equal to the loss on the Long is transfer to the Long. Devaluing the Long position without loss. PI Joe looks at the holding registry, sees the position which was bought at the higher price lever & wrongly assumes it’s at a loss. The stock market looks simple from the outside until you try to make money. This is a zero sum game, knowledge is everything. Unfortunately none of the technical details are discussed on these retail investor bb’s, so folk are kept in the dark.

Note it’s an Equity Swap. JP is usually a middleman for these contracts but in this case they are not a Boo market maker. FT100 peaked Dec 1999 @ 6930. The UK market doesn’t rise, it Side-Channels. Best way for the Industry to make money is by Shorting to extract value & create opportunities. Sept 28th Short value £478,106.41, 30th £512,347.46, reason the SP was 35.80 & not 39.42. All the data is there if you care to look in the right place. The world is forecast to enter a full Recession next year, which is nothing to do with UK political parties, it’s global.

The US economy is forecast to move from a Technical Recession into a Full Recession ‘next-year’ & their central bank which is still in a position of raising rates, is not expected to ‘start’ reducing interest rates until the end of next year. So pointless trying to stimulate economies, this year…… History: the FT100 peaked at the end of 1999 @ 6930 & declined for around 2 years to around 3600. The only thing that stopped the global market decline was Gulf War 1.
