Oscar you are not. The biosector is hot at present particularly with companies with covid 29 links.
The science is good at Sareum With SRA737, TYK2, SRA1801,SRA182 Sareum have the products. Each could be the making of Sareum on their own. When the hot money moves into this stock , and it will, the opportunity to invest at these levels will be long gone.
It will also be very difficult to build a significant holding. Make the most of the opportunity available. This BB has some exceptionally knowledgable contributor s that have shared their research freely over many years. More so than any at any time it looks to me it will soon be Sareums time in the headlights!

Here is a reason why the chinese co would
wish to remain confidential
They may be confident of finding a good outcome, how good we will wait and see, but would not want to be side tracked with any media interference. More to the point the Chinese government wants to be first with an effective solution whether it be a vaccine or manage the virus to substantially reduce the death rates accross the world. Even more to the point the Chinese government may have instructed Chinese pharma cos to remain silent on progress made until the outcome. We will never know.

Gilead now have a need and SRA737 provides a potential solution
Gilead effectively hold an interest in apartial licence with Sierra via their shareholding. It appears to me Sierra cant fund future milestone payments from its cash reserves . It needs a partner.
Gilead have plenty of funds
To me the question is do Gilead buy out SRA737 from sierra ,or take out sierra, or take a more than a 50% holding in Sierra. I would expect it will depend on the change of control wording of the SR737 licence
agreement, to establish what flexibility their is within the licence agreement
What is for sure it is no parties interest to continue to stall progress with SRA737 given its potential .

That is my understanding too ,and is a particular worry if MMs need stock to forefill large orders
They can move the price down make the purchase and at the same time prevent others buying, until the SP is moved back up.
