What intrigues me is a presentation on friday. As a LTH i can not ever recall Tim holding any sort of meeting in a friday, usually Tuesdays and wednesdays.
Maybe should we assume an rns on friday morning? and the friday presentation adds to todays rns and a further update on friday

Mazik , an interesting comparison eua to sar. Eua have discovered increasing precious metals across land under licence over 10 + years, and the share price has moved from 0.40 p to 20p during the last 12 months.
Sar is far from a one trick pony with SDC1801 and SDC1802 , plus FLT3 and Aurora, and CHK1/SRA737 under licence to sierra therapeutics with an expected payment due of£4m under the licence agreement with Sierra shortly ., plus possible grant funding for covid .Tim and John have been developing and fine tuning the compounds /molecules for over 15 years
LTH are aware of Sp forecasts for sareum at 28 p per share.. not far from eua current sp of 20p which grew from 0.4 ten months ago .
Now with an institutional shareholder on the share register, i have a feeling that Sareums time for its share price to start to reflect its real intrinsic value

Interesting to note, if there is a takeover of ECR , warrant holders wont get any benefit for warrants that have not been converted.. a nice incentive to convert i think , plus the discount to the existing sp

From my limited knowledge of hedge funds i would not be suprised if fpa add to their position particularly if they elect to be an active shareholder. Whilst this BB has pressed Tim and the BOD over the years to be more proactive in terms of delivery , timescales , marketing / comms , profile, having an active FPA shareholder
may choose to ruffle a few feathers, on the BOD. Sar will no longer be there baby and run a company like an academic research project . Whether Tim will appreciate “ interference“ as he passes his 60th birthday and looking towards his retirement , as he looks for an exit , fpa may be a blessing but Tim will likely be under more pressure to deliver which I would expect to only be good to all the sar shareholders particularly the LTH. It may also attract more institutional investors

An alternative positive view is that some if the additional funding is to meet 20% of the grant funding under uk research council T&Cs and also to strenthen Sareums negotiating poition. An award may have been announced to sareum re supporting research - covid with a release award notice for 3 June hence the placing tonight
If their is a grant award tomorrow sp will exceed £0.006
