Be interesting to see the BOD s response to all their share options under water

Their would be a major outcry if they were to award them selves new shareoptions

They should go into the market to purchase shares at these very low levels, which can only help drive the sp forward

From my limited experience when the due diligence and contract wording has been agreed a date will be specified when the contracts by all parties to the agreement plan to sign the documentation . I guess that date is possibly Monday 12 June, hence the presentation on tuesday 13 June

We will see if there is news /RNSin the next day or so. Will have to wait and see . I have a feeling LTH either a licence deal or T/O must be a good possibility sometime in Q4

Interesting to see British bulls have recommended going long from a short recommendation yesterday.
Lets hope this is going to be a good week especially for all the LTA like me and many others who have retired or about to retire looking forward to a more comfortable retirement. Lets hope Tim has his retirement plan ready to execute in the next few weeks with a TO in the near future :)

3 transactions totalling 3.1m shares at mid peice displayed in the last hour and the market price increases indicates to me they were disguised purchases. Looks like sound and its small market cap is interesting some big investors?

It could simply be MM wanted stock and an investors stop loss was taken out

Seems to me that there is is little or no liquidity in Sareum shares at present and MM are not prepared to mark up the SP at present. At some point the brakes will have to released and the SP will find its own level a lot higher than £3.05 when news is released . A little Patience is required:)
