Tim and John ‘ invest x £000 in the trip, yet dont promote their presence whist there or whenthey return to the uk on sareum website and on social media
Crazy to me , in fact unprofessional and far from the actions of a commercial business

Interesting to note the slightly lower SP has attract a2m and a 1m buys this morning . Hopefully more buys will materialise next week when investment managers return to their desks following the conference in San Fransisco and agreed investment strategies following research completed this week.

I guess given the time delay, if there is to be any news or announcements from San Francisco this week , on the west coast , such news will reach us , uk markets , when markets are closed. May be an interesting week. Should we look out for an after hours RNS?

It will be interesting to see if we will continue with similar volumes of trade next week following 25 m shares traded on friday . If so perhaps news of a licensing deal is close , or could news be announced this week in San Francisco
I am with Thoth2 on this. It will be very expensive to fund the trip and accommodation and expenses whilst at the same time holding salary back to protect cash balances,It doesnt stack up to me unless something important or valuable is going to be announced at the

As Thoth2 said earlier Tim and John future wealth is tied to the success of Sareum, as is their quality of retirement ( same as a good few here) . Given this, my take is they must be pretty confident as to give up or delay salary, as this places even more reliance on a successful outcome for Sareum and and for us as shareholders. Perhaps news is closer than we imagine

It is clear to me the warrant holders are selling in sizeable volumes . Why wouldnt they. A warrant holder does not hold the same rights as a shareholder in a take over situation
The co wants the warrants cleared early in the new year and could instigate the accelerator when we all are back from the xmas break . As soon as you see the share start to close above £2.00 a share , it will be clear to me the MM and the Bod are happy that tge majority of the warrant holders have been cleared and the BOD have received the majority of income from the exercise of share warrants , c£1.1m to fund 2020 company activities which further strengths the company as a cash rich explorer

All Paul and Michelle Johnson has banked some profit . It looks like they held 5.6% acquired in Feb 2019 when the share price was approx 1.0 p and now they hold less than 3.0% of Rock probably sitting on a free ride, and banking a profit
