Interesting to note LSE quote today sar stock turnover of 42m , with sales of 22m and buys of9m,... leaving 11m unaccounted for Interesting to see how the day ends. I think the share price will remain in this range until the shares issued yesterday are soaked up by the market in July and also until Sierra raise funds A very LTH stuck until at least 2020 ! GLA D. Fadec92, At the same time they could afford to buy Sareum at say £250m, which would be cost free assuming chk 1 is successful , and milestone payments and royalties are received within c 3 years.On that basis , then they could get TJK2 free, which would be ridiculous. It seems to me that Sareum as a company is misunderstood by the market with its current market valuation of only c £16m. When will big pharma wake up! D.

Over the last 3 days c 25m shares have been traded inSRRA, mostly on tuesday and Wednesday ( when the larger share price falls were seen) representing around 30% of shares issued. It will be interesting to see if SRRA receive notification of a share position by one of the major pharmas next week Something is going on the background IMO. Something will give soon as SRRA do not have sufficient funds to fore fill current planned work load D.

Sierra closed at 85 cents, though moved to 1.00 usd post close, looking for a strong open which may flow to sar I recall Nick Glover purchased shares in sierra at c 1.45 usd, in around feb time, this is all from memory. I am sure he would have known the clinical trial progress at that stage Market makers have just moved Sar down, May be a sign they are short of stock ,anticipating a flow over to sar , on the back of a srong opening for sierra IMO D.

Interesting to note over 1million shares traded already on Nasdaq after10 mins and Srra up 2 cents only. Interesting to see the next few days developments D.

Very simple maths . With the costs of raising assumed at say £50k , the cash burn = 1.38m + 0.8m (net) - 1.5m = a cash burn of only £0.68m in six months... no where near a cash burn £1m in six months. Furthermore with news in the in the next week or so and a milestone payment likely the company appears to be in a strong and confident position D.

The oil and gas industry is on a very strong financial footing paying significant dividends and cash flow is strong. Furthermore China Russia France and Spain would pay a lot to build a strong strategic relationship with Morrocco I doubt there will be no interested parties, it is all about the price IMO D.

I doubt that will be allowed to happen The Morroccon authorities will want gas flowing by 2021 . A deal will be done relatively quickly , certainly before the end of 2019 IMO, but at what price no one knows D.

Agreed and promote that the research was originated by sareum based in cambridge Tim a quick appearance on local tv and a similar message on twitter and that would make a real difference to the profile of Sareum , where is the PR???? D.

To reply to Potnaks post at 14.10 on thursday I agree Sierra may look to sell Sra737 in order to concentrate efforts and funding on SRA141 and Momelotinib In q1 sierra got through usd 15m leaving usd 90.9m cash at 31 march 2019, posted a loss of 13m for q1 spending usd 10m on research and usd 3.4 gen admin At some stage a cash injection would be required With Thoth2 find that Morgan Stanley have taken a position in Sierra and Basser1 advises an American Hedge fund manager Baker Bros hold 2m shares, one thing i take from that sierra are unlikely to raise additional equity , more likely to sell part if their portfolio, We will have to await the news next week on the update on sra737 and whether any asset sales are indicated by Sierra at a later date , assuming the announcement next week is extremely positive. Could be an exciting few weeks for Sareum GLALTH D.

I noticed this morning that Astra Zeneca posted profits for q1 2019 of £851m ! To put this into context Sareums market cap is c£22m . With our forthcoming news , potential milestone payments, best in class , as Thoth2 mentions below , we could be done soon , and a licence deal signed for Tyk2, or a complete takeover , or even a sale of chk1 by sierra. So much potential and opportunities and at the current SP a real bargain awaiting to be snapped up by a major. GLA LTH perhaps a little more patience .... With Parker the jury may be out , but taking a positive view perhaps any comment may be restricted due to a NDA being in place. We may find out by early June:) D.

Interesting to note that Sierra shares traded today is almost 1million , which is significant, and the share price is also up 6 cents to usd 1.44 Perhaps srra have obtained confirmation , in principle, that they expect to have successfully raised sufficient share capital to fund their next stages of their clinical trials programme and which could possibly lead to sareum receiving a milestone payment this quarter or next? IMO D.

Sounding off Good spot , at this level and in all probability new Institutional investors will have joined the Sound share register D.

Sounding , do you think in the case of success at TE10 that the shares may be immediately suspended on the basis a bid or bidders are waiting in the background awaiting the outcome of TE10 , leading to LE , thus preventing any opportunity to sell shares after TE10 results are announced.
