Despite the fall in share price, sound now have 9% Institutional investors Us PIs need to hold on to our shares. This is a significant change to our share holder base since the summer. This is even more signifiant as i doubt that the morrocans has sold any of there shares D

I tend to agree. It takes a lot more risk and faith in your own abilities to work on your own initiative in an aim listed co than a major drug co. Not only do you to have great knowledge, carry out totally innovative research,you have forefill the significant role of MD and run manage and promote the company . D

Jamesparsnips It make sense tobspin sidi into C4 and all sound shareholders receive shares in c4 like Coro. James and Marco set up C4 from cash proceeds from sale of sound shares and gain a larger share of c4 as existing shareholders, before sidi is ‘acquired’ from Sound energy . This may mean we are close to selling all remaining assets in Sound very shortly . Interestingly OGIF sold all of their share holding inCoro this week. I think something is a foot , but what do i know. One thing is that a c4 share plus a sound share should be worth more than 39p...

Agreed, and picking up a point made bySO early today, if you put your selves in the shoes of our biggest shareholder OGIF, they will have access to so much additional info compared to us PIs , and their risk return appetite will be more cautious more like a II and therefore more likely to favour a sum on le and further payments based on confirmed future discoveries. If however they would favour a single up front payment on le that says to me they must be pretty confident of a large LE settlement. D

Does this mean future milestone payments will come via the CRT Pioneer fund if the licence agreement is between Sierra and CRT? D.

I think Tim and John interests are very much in line with us PIs Although recently they have been paid market rate salaries but that was not the case c 3 years ago. Clinical / non clinical Colleagues working in the NHS , and University research colleagues have great final salary pensions to look forward to and are taking these pensions early at a younger age than Tim. Tim and Johns equivilent pension is their shares in Sareum. From a risk point of view they need IMHO to realise the value of there Sareum shares before any market correction. Tim was looking for a deal c 6 years ago Since then a lot of research has been progressed . Now may be the time to secure an exit from Sareum and let a larger company progress “their baby” GLA D.

Has any one noticed over the last few days , the share price quoted does not reflect the actual buying and selling price of the deals done . The share price quoted is however the same as that quoted on the london stock exchange Does any one know why D.

250 i dont think what is being discussed would be classified as a shell co as there will be substantial costs , salarys co running expenses and ,contingent income passing through the I andE account. A return of capital approach could also be used to retain sidi and then subsequently wind up sound with a further final LE upon disposal of sidi... i know JP has rejected this idea publically but this may purely be a negotiating posture .. who knows BW D.
