I really appreciate your posts. The level of your research is beyond top dollar and i really appreciate it, as do so many LTH.
We are getting close to our journeys end . Please Ignore the posters with an agenda, they are not worth it. I know you have lost a close member of your family recently and that really takes it toll on ones mental health and crap on here is totally out of order . I sincerely hope after a few weeks away , you can rejoin the BB, without needing or letting the disruptive posters timo get under your skin. They are NOT worth engaging with
I guess from your posts you are getting close to retirement. With your Sareum holdings you will soon retire and enjoy life with out ever needing to post on aBB again
Hang in their mate your research is so valued by so many.
Take care D.
I stand back , dont post a lot, i read the excellent the knowledgable posters over the many months and years who posted huge amounts of toptop quality research. The difference now mister market has picked up that Sareum have potentially extremely valuable IP , plus another on the way, with covid and likely more government funding to fast track research AGILE programme, bringing forward massively the timescale for sareums deliverables.
We now have many new posters urging caution, i may ask were were they when the sp was 0.25p warning us of a RISK to our capital as the company was burning cash to progress its development programme.
I can only conclude that new posters to the bb are remunerated by MM to create doubt in the minds of PI ‘s to create liquidity in the market and forefill some large orders .
This is likely to continue for the next 6 months as , large pharmas, II, HNWI & LT holders MM understand the pipeline of deliverables. I dont propose to reply to any comments from posters who have never posted hear previously but now are concerned for our investments held by LT holders

When and if a take over is announced, the sp will revert to very close to the offer price on the basis the BOD recommend acceptance you can then sell your shares in the market and the isa will then hold substantial cash :)

To me a the strategy going forward is very sensible. Whilst the research continues and focuses on covid , the delays in the labs for non covid research activities slows. That is a fact of business life in the current environment. Sareum benefit however from increasing value of IP from sar1801 and sar1802 deriving from the successful working on covid and forthcoming funding from the Agile research programme
Continued success with funding from Agile a further patent secured anytime soon which JR seems very excited about which could land at anytime , whats not to be positive about

I am very sorry to hear your awful news.
We lost our first child at birth which was
so difficult to deal with , but for your brother in law to lose his wife and child is desperately difficult to comprehend and so so sad. All the support you can give to your brother in law will be so appreciated in such difficult circumstances

Many thanks for your comments
Really appreciated and valued.
Lets see what the next week brings in terms of news . We have a MC of c £97m, IF as you say there is to be a raise on this occasion perhaps it will need to be above SP and will only represent a small % of MC, it may strengthen the negotiating hand of SAR in any deal
D.
I would also be interested in seeing Searles comments , with regard to what might be behind todays price movement, as an experienced LTH , and associated with significant investors in Sareum who have participated in the various share issues over many years.
Thanks

‘The ICR Dream’
February is usually a very good month for Sareum SP. I recall the SP reached 4.5 p a good number of years ago in February!
