It looks like we are aiming for a 5p fund raising for may be £10 million...I think the marker knows this.... So how many shares are to be issued? And to who?

I can not remember the company name from a while back but I recall the placing....It was actually quite a pleasant surprise to those shareholders....The company did an auction placement (it must be an AIM thing) but there was such demand for the share that there was a right bidding war for the quantity of shares......I think they settled above the actual market price. It turned out that it was cheaper for the fund managers to bid higher for the large quantities they wanted then attempting to buy in the market......It did the share price no harm at all.... We can but hope...:-)

Well JL....I am pretty sure when SPHR approached Woodford the first time...they most likely didn't anticipate a further funding from the initial funding @ 16p. In fairness to Woodford...he does longer down the line them most IIs out there.... The Welsh fund should be happy too as well........ The question is what price and how many shares to be issued? Hopefully we should hear something quite soon....

I think both Woodford and the Welsh fund will take up shares....regarding the 30% threshold JL.....remember any new shares issued will reduce Woodford's holding down in the new enlarged capital issue...so he will most likely take up an amount that will allow him to maintain his current holding in the enlarged issue...Just my thought. In respect of the overall funding....I am not surprised that there is an appetite for the company shares. It has real potential and anybody in the field will have seen just how far they have come and in effect...very much derisked.... It is lacking market penetration by not having a world renown distributor. But that could be very well about to change.... On reflection.....I think they may offer shareholders (Private) an open offer......It is a pivotal moment for the company really....and we should be at least still pleased that existing shareholders as well as new investors are still more then happy to invest......but at what price? Well we have got some kind of sales traction building and we have ironed out some teething problems with supply. So this is going to be a good test for our CEO/CFO et al....to see how they face the challenge of these discussions.... The best of luck to them..

A placement of new shares can be made directly to our main investors or can be offered to new investors quickly.... It can be done very quickly through an auction.....so the company may announce that a placement is taking place with an rns in the morning and by three o clock in the afternoon they may make a second rns announcement stating the full uptake in the placing...The sp would be decided by auction and uptake in potential demand (if not already agreed between the parties) It depends on what price and how many shares get issued and how much money wants to be raised.... It also has some advantages...mainly been speed of issue, reduced costs and the shares been issued go directly to long term holders. Downside is dilution to existing shareholders...as not all will be included.... With new shares been issued it could actually help the sp as these new shares would be freely traded but tightly held by the new investors who, may have influence in the market place that SPHR operates in.... With all the above been said...they could still chance another OO...to keep all investors onside.....it is a call they will make in due time.....

....At the beginning of 2016 we had a company by the name of Hill Rom come into our unit for to get us to trial a new bed that they were trying to sell....The bed had some advantages over our old stock of beds and some disadvantages. So we used it for about 2 months with different size patients on it. We got feed back from all those who were involved in using it on a daily bases....We also had a bed from another company on trial....actually about 4 in total.... Hill Rom kept their bed on our unit for more then the 2 months as it became clear that it was favoured above the rest..... The end of the story is this.... we only just this month took delivery of 5 new beds from Hill Rom after nearly 18 months of using it on our ward......That is an extraordinary amount of time but not really in the public health service. That is a piece of kit JUST for patients to lie on...imagine how it works when you are attaching a piece of trial kit to the arterial line of a patient???? The sales guy had the patience of a saint....LOL....

In the same boat....but not selling now....... I remain positive about the technology and although it was an unimpressive rns....at least we have investors who want in still. I will await any information regarding the funding and will make a decision based on what it has to offer....but we need an institutional investor who is going to be pro active in this company, in order to get it moving...... Woodford and the Welsh fund manager (the guy who is on the board) have been very passive to my mind. Unfortunately JL, there is no market for selling this stock. As rugs posted...it would be hard to even sell the NMS in these shares at this moment in time..... The bottom line is ....we are looking at, at least a doubling of shares in issue with a placing in this market..... I suspect the MMs are aware of this and are managing to keep sellers away with a very distorted bid price....should one wish to actually sell.... My guess would be well below 6p in truth......

The more I have read it the more I am at a loss to explain why it was issued in the first place.....We (the market) have known for some time that another funding was imminent as well as the long time scale for sale achievement...nearly a year. We had an update in early May about the potential sales update....The only real news was the unblocking of sensor flow. So why put out an rns for this? The only conclusion I can draw is that they did not want any rumours circulating in the market regarding the discussions......but what does disclosing this non rns achieve? Perhaps they are going to go for a placement with some new investor and our main current investors? And if so for how much? The Delta note states years (Plural) for funding. All rather intriguing, if not boring......

Bid marked down in anticipation of selling. 7p...no trades yet. But have to agree...pretty poor and meaningless rns this morning.

Even though they only quote 10K shares at 8.25p....they always find some more. 50K then goes through at just below......I reckon they must have cleared that large sale the other week....

Google like a lot of other providers has not got their feeds sorted out since the LSE made a balls up in there new providers...No trades off book still not showing up in an orderly way.....
