They are just re tweeting the same tweets all the time....LOL
There is currently no data for Sphere Medical Holding. I am getting that on this page....kind of sums up where we are!!!
Morning JL...Good mull....however we do now have debt.....£3 million from SVB so cant really say we are debt free.... Anyway Palace beat the Baggies yesterday....I like your new manager.....
I think we will hear something before the end of the month.......
...If you are still about...Did the company ever respond to your email inquiry? Just wondering....
I do tend to agree with you here on this one JL........Having seen my holding in GKP decimated to bondholders last year....would be loath to get in......just musing the possible finance raisings.....
No problem......I suppose it depends on what the entry amount would be....usually in multiples of £'s X thousands...:-)
And they would be tradable too... They may be considering it as an option.......
Point-of-care monitors and diagnostic devices company Sphere Medical Holding PLC (LON:SPHR) has said a “number of parties” have expressed an interest in taking part in an equity fundraising. The details of any placing, subscription or the like are still being discussed but initial “market soundings” from existing and potential new investors were positive. Sphere said it is exploring various financing options to make sure it has enough money to allow it to realise the full potential of its Proxima blood gases monitor. Speaking of Proxima, which is now in its fourth generation, Sphere told investors there has been a “positive reaction” by the market, with the sales pipeline continuing to expand. So that really is all we have to go on for now......Reading that....we could still end up with a convertible bond been issued and not shares...... Anybody fancy convertible bonds?
I think it was addressed in a presentation some time back and covered in one of the annual reports. It would not really be able to say where any of these new devices could appear from.Usually it is almost by accident that somebody learns about new application that had been over looked. Presently technology is changing rapidly and so something that seemed impossible to make about 5 years ago....is now within reach. So while it would be pure speculation at this moment in time...it is not totally of the wall for things to change. We are moving in that general direction in medical devices. While the current P4 has to be attached to an arterial line in an ICU etc....it may need only a slight manufacturing adjustment to have it set in a device that can take readings from a pin prick device. Who knows....Silicon Valley keeps churning out this type of stuff....cause the tech has changed significantly...
I think it is always about price. If a placement, then what price to issue new shares at.If a new investor in coming in, then they may want a bigger slice of the enlarged group. Existing shareholders may want to maintain their currently help position in the enlarged group. Without information (we wont get any) it is hard to know what any sticking points may be, other then price. Will there be another opportunity for existing PIs to at least have the chance to say no to any new shares? I can see how it takes time....but I still would think that the sp was aware of this before the rns last week. As stated before...I hope the technology has more applications then just for use in Proxima and that it may have unforeseen new potential in other devices that SVB may bring to the attention of new investors..... Other wise the kick on in sales we are all hoping to see just wont happen with independent distributors like we have... As I said over on ADVN...sure I am here till the end as I couldn't (wouldn't ) sell at this stage.....
....But still couldn't get out without making a loss...like everyone else...
Interesting quick words with my broker about 16:40 this afternoon.....More or less said that I could really sell any amount of decent size at the moment...(more then 250,000 shares) for around the 6p mark or just a tad under.....But much harder to get stock, if I was looking to buy more....anyway...we are still in dead cat bounce territory at the minute...LOL
With a sofa like that....who needs a bank!!!
The bid quote has moved back up to 6.25p..... Someone has just bought 100,000 shares and they have moved the offer up to 7p....
My broker reckons he could easily get rid of 300,000 shares for above 5.62p...if I was interested..... I am bored as well as not interested.....If I wish to purchase in any quantity...I would have to be prepared to go above the offer price....
I wish I was one of those late comers....:-)
A placing would make more difference then OO. How much of a hammering today?
My post earlier on was done from my mobile...hence the crap sentences.....it must have predictive text on...no matter....
The trading since the rns I dictates a almost certain price has all up bee agreed for further funding. But even at this price to of our most recent funding participants are show get huge losses. They can not be impressed with management to date. Time will tell. The recent trading has been woefully thin and is an opportunity to mark down after rns disclosure. Orchestrated?
