rugs...can you get a price online for offer...and any volume? Thanks...
LOL....:-) Good to retain a sense of humour rugs!!
Other then the lactate that was to be added...I was a little stumped by that line. Not sure what else they are looking at...
The agreed price with W and co...is 2.82p...that gets the much needed £5 million to keep going. The other £3 million will be up to those who are currently buying....I think there are investors out there who are happy enough investing in a company that is private. It doesn't suit everybody but it would some...If they buy a truck load now...they will not be bothered by checking the price each day...just put in the bottom drawer...... I have just received a copy of the document now...I'll go out for a run and then re check it again.....
I think so Cellis....something about one warranty as well. To be honest it makes hard reading at this stage..... As someone has pointed out already...if you were even thinking about getting shares...it would possibly make more sense buying in the market then subscribing. Woodford and co have promised £5 million within 4/5 days of all the resolutions been passed. Then any existing or new investors can subscribe for shares @ 2.82p per share..
I can't see anybody else coming in with money at this stage. Quite a lot of shares have been dumped @ around 1p. MRS have tonnes to try and shift at this level. Private or insolvency?
Just reading through the document...the second tranche of the SVB loan was conditional on at least £1 million of sales been met (including/excluding VAT) Well that has been cancelled... As a private company funds can be raised with out existing shareholders been informed..basically the new managers can make most decisions without informing any holders.... It most certainly is a trust issue.
I am reading the brief from the rns the same way...they are moth balling P4 more or less.....The funding seems to be an effort at tackling some issues that seem long drawn out...I would imagine the board will stay on till they see this back private and then resign..... I have to agree with a2b....the device has a future....I still think that....
JL and Co. If you register on advfn...you have a pm service. More private.
JL....Wait for the document to arrive. But beginning to believe we will retain our shares only not as tradable. Not that they were on AIM. Will email cfo for clarification when I finish work tonight. Will have more time tomorrow when I am off.
Good morning JL.... Just off to work now. I'll go through the document when it arrives..... I think there are a lot of traders who are in here now.....so it may be in interest for this to go higher but cant see it been much....
I agree.....privately may be the only option as the BOD have been abysmal.....they couldn't even buy stock other then in open offers.... But with new shares priced at 2.88p.....buying in the market at 1.25p looks bizarre... Anyway like JL....I am still holding.....it is almost as bad as GKP......
This from poster on ADVFN...... waterloo01 22 Aug '17 - 00:06 Dell, tell johnlewis, as I don't post on lse, that he will still own shares in the ltd company, but much diluted, so likely to trade around the 2 - 2.5 mark IMO. However staying in means you have to buy the story in getting FDA approvals etc. Maybe they will sell it to Thermo in a year or two, so might get back some of investment as a holder (all be it diluted again) in the ltd company. Personally I'd get out...
As rugs said...you would be lucky to get 2p on the bid tomorrow......and as you quite rightly point out...who will buy them? I really hope I am missing something here cause how is this in the best interest of shareholders?
Certainly would not even if it had of been an open offer.......Just need to find out the legal status of current ordinary shares in a private company....... FTO looked like a good get out compared to here rugs....
In work the next few days....probably not much time....will have to find out some where...I think if I phone my broker I will just sell and then lose even more in the FX to €....:-(
And it gets worse....the minimum investment is £5,000!!! I can't understand how they strongly state that we accept that!!!! Am I missing something here...I really don't know where we stand regarding our current shares...Will they have legal status in a private company? Are they only been cancelled on the AIM market? Anybody got any input?
JL...unless I am reading this the wrong way but you will not have any shares in the private company UNLESS you decide to subscribe for the new preferred shares....Ordinary shares will be null and void.
I think we are gonners JL...no matched bargains. Just cancelled shares which will hold no value....
So that looks like the end of the road.....So...if we who currently hold and haven't sold....do we end up with anything in a private company? Or is it just a scramble to get out now?
