A price drop looks on the cards rugs. Becoming cheaper to buy. Baggies did well this window. Thanks for email. Will take note. That you on ADVFN?
They won't JL. Ask rugs about FTO. The BBC was gone quite swiftly. Don't ask me why ADVFN keep it open.....they just do. Just somewhere to keep an eye on for bits of news. If I here or spot anything I'll post there.
You remain a minority holder of ordinary shares in a private company where CPS holders become the majority..... If you are easy with that...then no problem.
Anything in the document about what?
Your shares are then in a private company...which brings its own implication...less attractive to trade etc.... If a shareholder continues to hold....then they may do in the hope that at some point in the future they may come back on the market with some chance of regaining some value.... So still some hope....:-)
No....nothing at all rugs....... Regarding the sp.....the majority of the share blocks bought at around 1p, have gone somewhere...Not sure if Woodford would be taking them all...so it will all be anonymous shortly. Only Octopus investment announced their reduction.. At least they did that much. Nothing from anybody else...Like wise, if anybody is gathering up stock @ 1p...they are most likely not in the frame of mind of feeling they have to say...just before delisting....
Probably from those who bought after the last rns was released...expecting some kind of bounce..... Not a dead cat in sight!!!
Never was rugs...... Mixing me up with someone else....perhaps...
JL...The ADVFN board will stay open and you can post over there if you like. Here they will close it within a few days of delisting.. The other board allows for private messaging........if you are interested that is...
Yeah!! Before the collapse and wipe out I was down a lot since the BREXIT vote last year when the £ fell over 20%. It (£) has resumed its downward trend.....OK for present as the Euro has improved...but just another thing for me to consider...when looking to invest in UK..... Always some thing...I'll be doing a lot less investing after this episode...for sure...
That is it in a nutshell JL. The € is strong at the moment but all things considered....it is not overly tempting still.
Morning JL. It is quite possible Woodford did get pyssed off with the boars and it's direction. He has had a few duds in his fund to date. So offering this kind of get out is a real slap down to the present board. I am hoping so anyway.
From WPCT......... *****The Company's investment objective is to achieve long-term capital growth through investing in a portfolio consisting predominantly of UK Companies, both quoted and unquoted.******** I think he has quite a few unquoted companies in his portfolio...of which SPHR will become another one..... I'll cntinue to think about this for a while.....
JL....Part 1.....Paragraph 6.2.....page 13.....
I have sent in my voting form....yes to the proposal. No choice really.... Regarding the vote...if only my votes were returned and only mine....and only a few people turned up at the offices for the vote...then that is all that gets counted..... So if I had 100 shares and two guys turned up and they each had 100 shares....then only 75% is needed to delist.. That simple...
Thanks for that Cellis!!
I think JL....we will perhaps benefit from not having a daily BB as there will be very little to post about once private.... Getting any kind of news will be next to impossible....which had me wondering about the one year warranties that come with the CPS.....How would you know weather to take up the warranty or not? Seeing as it is priced at the same (2.82p) as the CPS....how would you know what has really changed? Also...how would you know if anyone has taken up the warrants? I am not even sure weather we would know how much of the tranche 2 shares were even subscribed for as we will be private by then...
True to past experience...the more buying...the weaker the sp becomes......
....looks to be the only one staying in....I think....They were in at the original IPO back in November 2011 and have been a long term backer..... Regarding the finance...I had figured up till year end with a half draw down from SVB...plus cash at hand.....so I think, they must have upped the spending to be broke at September..... ** With a slimmed down management and more focus on reaching FDA approval...a year could be a long time....but possibly could reach P5+ with £5M spend...Another 1/2 years of potential sales as a private company....it could be what Woodford is looking at..He will have invested approximately £10M in SPHR by then and the Wales fund another £5M.....I really cant see them continue to invest without some progress.. At least that is the way I am looking at it....
