This device has the potential to bring about a paradigm shift in ICU practices.....to loosely quote the head of the MAB fella. I have certainly become more confident in Proxima's future now then ever before. £3.2M in the bank @ year end....£3M drawn down facility. Cash burn of just under £500,000 per month. Operating expenses contained below budget Total operating expenses reduced to £5.1 million (2015: £6.1 million) We are running a very tight ship and could go the year without a funding.......And if the board are happy to go to the end of the year without a cash call....then I see that as confidence.....

JL....Roche like us are also watching with keen interest...I can assure you. We are generating more sales, just not announcing them. We have most certainly turned a corner......We are presently not seen as a threat to the status quo but that will change. SVB do have an influence here and have probably advised against a quick funding currently. This stock is an iliquid stock....and the last few days has shown that....

This share wants to go higher cellis..... I can see it moving back up now. The board does not need money immediately. I am not sure what it is saying but it now looks like investors are going to have to chase shares. It does look like there are no more easy shares floating around. Twice today investors paid over the marked price for stock...... I see it going higher from here....

Sell gone through @ 7.50p..... Tough going forward at theses levels with no news.

No rns yet from AGM? Normally get one by now.

Well...regardless of no news...they are chasing the price higher this morning....Paying over 8p now and the bid is up to 7.50p......Somebody likes no news...:-)

I think the AGM starts @ 10am. So they may put something out. But what ever they do.....if no funding announced then from another view...it may be seen as positive as costs are well under control.

I was half anticipating an rns based on my own feeling...that they would go for a funding round...hence a little more news on sales. Still might get something. Perhaps they will wait as they have funds until Autumn.

Well if we get no rns @ 07:00 tomorrow morning.....no news on most recent update.

The thing with charts and moving averages is which price you use.....bid, middle or offer.....It is a small definition but a large part of the ingredient.....So our present (and for some time) ceiling has been 7.50p......at this level all the averages are moving up through each other.....But there is no break out until the bid side crosses that ceiling (7.50p) currently stuck at 7.25p......even though the offer is been taken @ 7.75p and recently as high as 8p.....these are bullish indicators and probably signaled no big drop from where the 7p mark is... It has proved accurate with SPHR JL. Our trading ceiling is here...7.50p. This is our third time to move higher but stop. Also there appears to be a "little" support @ 7p now...and moving higher. So it does look positive....in a normally traded share. Hence my post recently that we could move to 9p pretty quickly...from a chart point of view.

Good morning all. I was surprised that we had a rise yesterday to be honest. Been here so long...I usually am pretty good at seeing the trends in the spending. I really was expecting to see another mark down yesterday as the recent trades indicated another mark down in the bid price. Don't recall ever seeing a special rise!!! So a pleasant surprise. The trend has been there for all to see. Not expecting a rush of buying today either....I couldn't handle two unexpected trading days in a row. Off to a wedding out West on Saturday...so taking the bank holiday off. Will keep an eye out none the less. A shame you are not going JL.

What would be nice (if unexpected) would be a world wide distribution agreement for the rest of the world not already covered......with an upfront payment...:-)

Well I would like to see an improvement on uptake from trial customers......and just in general more positive sales news. Would be nice to know if we have had any repeat business....as that would be a good endorsement of the product..... Funding? Really not sure what to expect here......do they go for a funding now or wait till they have more good news on sales and some kind of up tick in the sp? Really don't know. Unless they have more new investors lined up for the funding (SVB connection) cant see how an OO could be priced more then 5.5p/6p at most. An atrocious return on the last OO about 2 years ago... The tell tale sign would be an rns before the AGM on Friday......if none.....then nothing really new to report.

I'm surprised the bid is still holding up above the marked price after those two sells.... May be CC is right...somebody wants some shares.......

JL....get the figures right!!! From recent rns..... Evaluations, in which the system is connected to patients, have been conducted at 14 hospital departments and to date six hospital departments across three countries have placed orders for Proxima 4, more than doubling the key metrics over the two months from the announcement of our Full Year Results on 28 February 2017. Follow-up discussions are underway with the other hospitals which have conducted evaluations. So it is 6 orders not 4....... Yo will lose your role at the ministry of information if you keep that up....:-)

Of a similar opinion here JL.....and you make a fair point about the directors not buying any shares in the open market prior to any funding round. I will be away at a wedding next Friday and over the weekend (bank holiday over here then) so wont be around much. So that must mean a bank holiday over there this weekend......
