good advice Bunsa, I will give it a go. Slightly off piste to our He topic, but why not since we are waiting for result. what do you think of these plants if they were found in your garden?
1. corn poppy
2. garlic mustard (building an empire on its own as i type this)
3. cow parsley
4.opium poppy
5. spiny and common sowthistle
6. cow parsnip

reason i ask is my flower bedding on the right side of the garden has gone mad with them, but nothing on the left side bedding, just my alium.... and some people think i should get rid of the plants above asap, and some say they are lovely plants. i just want some alium.

Depends what their cost of money is i supposed or HP's assumptions from debt and equity market today. With no cf currently and if you look at bond markets, 12-14% is about right. Pre sale if they can get it will be around 11,% for maybe 20-30% of certified 1P volume.
Bank lending if they can get it will be cheaper but will need 30-40% equity, doable from a small raise once well test completes.
All in good time for financing, 9 more targets to hit first )

Good luck with the house hunting, wish you well and that He1 profits would make that happen easier for you and fam.
On the flipside, there will be other multi bagger to consider should you wish to recycle (some) profits at a later date - check with SGF, ST, Joshwaa too as i do follow them on some shares. there will be a time to bank them and enjoy the proceeds but we will know ourselves when that will be.

we are now on a bull market in E&P - hard to find a better wealth creator than ADV at the moment amongst AIM shares. 95% CoS is literally a gift to us, tied with a nice bow.

Good point SGF. If we find 10% He concentration on Tai, 31p unrisked tagged to Tai will easily be mad cheap for entry (bottom), with 51p as target sp (unrisked Tai + risked others) before the other targets are drilled.

I am with you on that for anyone who wants to do it, its now or never as once this hits He, the next floor will be £0.31 (as per H&P) - it doesnt matter if 2 out of 3 fails for Tai.

saying that, the fact if was declared we have a working seal and trap for He in the subsurface recently should give you some comfort we hopefully will get some results, soon.

If you look at the risked and unrisked valuation from H&P:
we have an underlying 3p from options, 21 raise and YE cash (1p each) assigned, under risked column

Tai risked - 4p, unrisked 31p
Mbumi risked - 6p, unrisked 37p
Itumbula risked 5p, unrisked 29p
Kasuku risked 7p, unrisked 28p

So if we hit 1 of the targets for each above, we should be at £1.28 (£1.25 + 3p)

If on our first drill, all 3 targets are dusters for Tai, we still have other targets therefore the unrisked (minus Tai) is 97p and risked is 18p.

Will it be a duster on Tai on all 3 targets? i don't think so but lets wait for the wireline logs to give us the good news tomorrow or weekend (or Monday / Tuesday next week).

i would be surprised if we dont get a 5 bagger or over from current price once the well test results comes in. topping up continuing...

For He specific I dont know but in oil and gas, we do produce from friable sands - the mighty Draugen field in Norway is a great example. its literally like a bag of sands, very poorly consolidated.
