Ps it does get "settled" once all shares are sold. Just a headache if its over two or more FY. No issues if all shares sold in naby tranches but in the same FY
@D2B, @Curator
My IG does the same. Maybe they are all the same? HL is the same too. YE tax return assessment is a pain.
True indeed Dai. Its a headache especially for YE assessment especially if you have a big pf. You cant "settle" easily unless / until all shares of the respective company are sold.
Minchin got given 18MM options, 2MM with no conditions to vest, all sub 4p and with very little "hump" to vest on the other 16MM. If thats not motivation enough, i dont know what is. Bloody hell, get on with it already. I would be shooting for £1 sp on 2 back to back discoveries, 3 wells per campaign not 1, and howling to Trek's £5. sell to the market and get it done. He needs to drop his daily life and give a good 12 months to score the discovery. Like all start ups...
Come on Dave! Wtf man.
They are pretty toppy for a small outfit with no revenuw.
Feb / Mar signature for legal papers, June / July for drill.
You need cash to sign a rig contract. They have it now.
A good announcement would be HE1 getting a rigbroker involved in rig sourcing- zero cost to them. That would get the confidence back in a beat.
Sorry to hear that Pat. Not a great start to 2023. Lets hope they find a rig and get that hole drilled and He found.
Likely rhe sp will be around this level until positive news come out.
Its still on IG but book cost =£0.00. Share count remains. Very odd.
@D2B
Its 8c in Barry Island now (had to Google it to find out where it is). A bit nippy.
Oh cool!!! Welcome back @SGF. !!
Its payback time for the long wait.
Welcome to the HeliumOne BB @Shareinvestment
Good to see you here.
Now its just @SGF missing.. hmm...
2.6p i think for subsription? On IPO it was 4.5p, i took a chunk on the day but sold them between 24-25p. I remember a few Attis guy on the HE1 BB on IPO arguing with me about valuation.
Anyhow, that was donkeys ago. Back in again at under 6p now, not as much as before.
Where is SGF in all this excitement?
Hello, new poster, new shareholder here (from today), obviously i bought in to the opportunity.
@Brian
There are some errors in the reddit link .To name but a few, SLB,'s software is called PETREL, not IHS PETRA. The latter is owned by IHS, the former owned by SLB - the industry standard. Cell difference alone will not give rise to the difference in STOOIP shown. Its related to geological description and input data per RNS, but its moot when the number is so big, valuation is still through the roof.
GOR will help lifting, but less a factor when reservoir is at high pressure. Its really the frac efficiency, intensity and connectivity that will drive production and recovery. Ergo well design and locations are key.
And yes its not ramping, its misleading.
100%? Ahaaa... producing fields dont get that for infill.
And look at ADV, 90% CoS but a dud.
risk appropriately.
I am still laughing, you'll get it one day.. Anyhow, its Friday... good day indeed.
FOMO is taking a nap waiting for the 5p raise
Illegal? Hahahaha... Of course they can, they have in the past, and they should.
Yesterday and today we tested the support line (old resistance line from 20 Jan 22). If the sp moves sideways until news, we would hit 6p on 23rd Dec and 5p on 14 Jan 22 following resistance line. Anyhow, its a chart, who knows. It can also go up. ??
