Shame Mr. Conroy cannot be more concise, and cannot provide a structured plan and timeline to guide investors. They need to appoint a proper CEO to run this.

"Mine ready" will not be end 2022. To be "mine ready" means having completed all feasibility studies and all necessary permits being in place. All we've been given at the moment is an eight hole drill program. "Mine ready" is years away. May as well be realistic here.

JV implied value of 32p plus cash 2p/share = 34p so hopefully price will hold at this level until next meaningful update.

I don't think WRES will ever come good. WOLF, ORM and now WRES - all promoted as "simple" tungsten mines, all turned out to be not so simple. There seems to be something inherently problematic with the sheeted vein deposit type, I don't know if it's resource, metallurgy or some other factor that made it look like sloppy management when in fact the deposits just turned out to be dogs. Mining is risky and here we have three fine examples of how sometimes it just doesn't work out. Blackrock have the most at stake here and at this stage will just want to recover as much of their debt as possible.

Some friendly advice. Spamming this board with heaps of links like that does not seem to be an especially effective way to communicate whatever your narrative is. I for one did not open any of them so I'm none the wiser.
All I see from the production record of this operation is failure, excuses and no confidence that there will ever be a return for shareholders.

By talking about what might happen in the future, using your own logic, your own statement is both misinformation and misleading.
The mine will not "re rate to whatever tonnage the mine churns out" (whatever that means). It should re-rate to whatever the NPV is at that time. Which will not be a pretty number.

No it should re rate to the npv which, given the low revenue, higher costs and debt burden, will not be a pretty number. Face it this is a failure, like Wolf and Ormonde before it.

There is nothing in this for equity holders based on performance and debt.

Yesterday's announcement already confirms that the JV is unconditional which triggers the cash payment. The agreement was already signed, it just had conditions precedent which have now been met. Sure there might be another announcement to confirm funds received but this is a formality so probably already priced in.
It would be really great to get a more comprehensive announcement on the mid term plans for the JV - that would demonstrate the ambition and vision of the venture and move the price, in my opinion.

Some investors / traders will have made some healthy gains since last week so some selling is inevitable. The news on the last remaining JV condition is out, the plan to drill has been announced with results probably at least 3 months away. Perhaps some see things levelling off for a while in terms of newsflow?

Mr Conroy's recent interview was mostly a shambolic rant about the share price. Everybody knows that accountability for a company's performance rests squarely with its board of directors, which the chairperson leads. It's very unbusinesslike to complain as if someone else is to blame and I think this shines a spotlight on how this company is being managed.
