Parkez you seem to have an expectation of some significant news but the co has already announced the drilling campaign and results are some time away (I reckon 2-3 months, depending on lab availability and assuming positive results).

I don't know, but that would be a form of fundraise (dilutive) and when was the last time the share price was over 50p?

JV deal values CGNR interest at 32p per share, plus small amount in cash.
Needs firm technical progress to add value. Will need to raise funds in next 6 months in my opinion.

As for WRES, if there is any prospect of turning around LP then the lender will take priority to recover loans. Probably it will be restructured in a debt for equity swap which will wipe out shareholders. Either that or a fire sale. Either way there will be nothing left for shareholders. Sorry for your £43k, MIB, and the many others who have lost here.

If results are positive and meaningful from JV drilling over next couple of months then I would expect there to be a positive impact on price.

So if you invest £100 at 20p the risk is £100.
If you wait until the price is higher and invest £100 at, say 40p, the risk is still £100. Simples.

Parkez the full quantum of risk in any stock is what you invested because the price can always go to zero. So your view on risk is unique to you based on whatever your appetite is to accept the loss of whatever you invested.

These commentators are completely unqualified and people should be very aware of the warning label at the start of the programme. There is no discussion of any of the risks. They mention certain numbers of ounces of potential which have no support whatsoever from company announcements or qualified independent reports - just made up numbers.
This is shocking behaviour (in my opinion).

The latest resource statement (517koz) was July 2017. There has been drilling since but no resource update.

CGNR has a JORC resource and is well funded, therefore well ahead of KDR. Diamonds are very risky - how many successful juniors are there?

In fairness reports genuinely take time to pull together and are generally (but especially in an improving situation) better put out with the benefit of a couple weeks of data from the new period to provide a meaningful outlook.

Announcement this morning by Endeavour shows a good example of what a BIOX plant looks like (bio-oxidation circuit to process refractory ore, Endeavour's refractory Reserve grade is 4.4 g/t Au). CGNR's scoping study was based on BIOX processing with cyanide leaching.
