Precisely troajan. That value is supported by the JV deal which is focused on developing Clontibret (€10m for 40% values CGNR's 60% at €15m = £12.5m plus some cash). Effectively zero value ascribed to exploration properties covered by the 2018 exploration target.

dreamingof, you'll be diluted alright because most likely a portion of the debt will be converted to equity, probably at the Spanish operating co level, and current equity holders in WRES will be left with nothing from a financial restructure.
Private companies have nothing like the governance obligations of a listed one. They'll probably send a newsletter in the post a couple times a year.

What happens to this channel when a company goes private, by the way? Presumably it closes as the ticker no longer corresponds to a listed company.

I thought it might be helpful to share some work I did on the so-called "exploration target" of 8.8 million ounces at 2 g/t issued by CGNR in 2018. Using the company's assumptions and standard cost assumptions, such a target would cost in the order of €80-100 million to drill out to Inferred resource. Hope this goes some way to explain my view that only Clontibret matters in the mid term and the market will continue to ascribe zero value to "potential". Just my view.

It might take weeks or it might be months. Demir doesn't seem in any particular hurry. Some results will be good, some not so good. It doesn't really matter. Maybe there'll be a new resource in the next 12 months, maybe there will be a mine in the next 10 years. You take a view on the information to hand and invest / divest accordingly.

Timing to results will depend on many factors - lab turnaround, what the results are, what the JV partners agree on announcing. Doesn't really matter though. Value here for CGNR will not pivot on a few stepout drillholes. It will pivot on meaningful steps towards mine development - which CGNR has been promising for years - and the JV doesn't seem to be in any hurry in that regard.

Aston, what do you expect to learn from a Q&A? The company is being delisted, the private company will be highly indebted and with the mine now halted those debts will need to be restructured or the company liquidated. Either way there is nothing left here for equity holders. Best to move on.

Demir doesn't pay for PLC costs or the >€3 million owing on the balance sheet. You may not like it but these are factors weighing on this share.
