Because sophisticated investors know that extracting 0.0002% gold from sub-microscopic inclusions within arsenopyrite is very hard, and they will stay away unless it is proven viable.

0.9% lol. In your worldview the Clontibret resource grade of 0.0002% doesn't stand a chance!
Joking aside, the gold at Clontibret is well known to be refractory so comparison to a global average is not meaningful.
As for "no chance of purchasing the wrong kit", as a former WRES investor you know better than that.

Hard to judge what might be "market changing" in the current programme. We don't know where these step out holes are relative to the resource to assess what they might achieve. "Market changing" would be a step change in grade or metallurgy, not just more of the same. There seems to be an emphasis on stockwork mineralization which so far is 1 g/t grade. They must be expecting that grade to improve to make it worth chasing. Refractory gold would normally have to be over 3 or 4 g/t to be economic.

An announcement about broader JV plans would be more investible than vague interview comments. Meanwhile investors will go off what's actually been announced. For now that's 3,000 metres, 8 holes, 2 rigs.
Mr. Conroy indicates September timing to complete the programme which seems realistic.

There are no indications of any issues FV. The company said drilling commenced at end April and said the programme would be 3,000 metres over 8 holes. No timing commitments were given. Drilling takes time. The overall sector is short on capacity which means things tend to take even longer. The only issue here is unrealistic expectations on the part of some bulletin board posters.
Nothing to see here.

What I suspect has happened is they started with one rig, now added a second. Two holes are reported as complete, so two more will be in progress now and the programme will probably pick up pace.

Who said it was all supposed to be completed by now? I don't believe the company gave any timelines. Core drilling, logging, sampling, assaying - it all takes time to be done with due care. This project / company has never been rapid and Demir seem very conservative and won't be the least worried about plc pressures.
Good news that mineralisation has been encountered but without the context of the holes or assay results there is still not anything new here to buy into. Time will tell.
If you would listen from time to time to the more conservative / realistic among us you may have less disappointment.

Very good but the CGNR targets are not Carlin type.

You're probably right that it should be worth more than 25.5p but the reality is the gold price is down, markets are down, Sinn Fein is in the ascendancy and 6 months into a JV CGNR has not produced any news to interest investors.
