You need to be challenging the company to front up and provide shareholders with a development plan with its JV partner instead of issuing rubbish results 10 months into the JV. Great question Paul, would be interesting to hear views on resource step out drilling which, at the half way stage, has delivered very little in the way of intersections above the JORC resource cutoff grade of 1 g/t and minimum mining width of 2 metres. Despite the shine they are trying to put on it, CGNR must be very disappointed.

Not exciting at all PaulFG. The resource cutoff is 1 g/t, so there is an 8 metre interval just above this. You are right to be concerned about economics - nobody will be mining 0.8 g/t of refractory gold. That's 4 holes so far and hardly anything above resource widths and cutoff grades.

Stamp duty is probably because it's an Irish company. 1% stamp duty due there.

The normal response to disappointing drill results is people sell and the price goes down. Nothing confusing about that.

All we've been told is that drilling is aimed at the eastern lodes and stockwork, so the top right part on page 12 of the latest presentation (IAEG).

As soon as shareholders approve the transaction it becomes a cash shell and there are 6 months to do an rto or it gets suspended. So I don't know why people are talking about 12 months. Even 6 months would be unacceptable, frankly, given the new board has already been in place since last September. DS.

No, take the pain now, and rather than put out piecemeal results wait until there's a strong batch of results and put them into the market when investors will actually take notice. That's September.

My view following this morning's loan conversion is an updated valuation of 30p per share.
That's £12.8 million financial valuation based on the JV (Demir paying €10 million to earn 40%, valuing CGNR's 60% at €15 million), divided by 43 million shares.
I'm not putting any value on the cash since that is being spent.
Any significant drill results and an update on a project development plan would help lift that basic valuation.

What's your point parkez? Results from Demir's two DD holes were announced in Feb 22.

You miss the point. 1g/t does not shift the dial. Investors will be hoping for much better from the current drilling programme.
