I don’t often see honest criticism, but value the bullish posters that don’t promise the world tomorrow or have blind faith. Why keep up to date with a company if not invested? Potential here is huge, current drill is unlikely to cover even 5% of the target identified by soil samples. We could be sitting on a worldwide significant cobalt asset just at kalaba, but to realise best value we’ve lots of work to do. Sale of Casa to enable a platoon of drill rigs to descend on kalaba would be very very exciting

1) board buying in placement, open market and taking options at premium to pay
2) having cash from recent placement plus income from pilot plant soon so no distressed raises
3) interest in our assets for JV or purchase

Agreed. Key part being areas 2%+ copper equivalent from surface, we’ve found a nice little area to fed the plant whilst continuing to increase overall orebody. Great set of results from both points of view 😀

2 months ago data we knew about suggested a modest size deposit of exceptional grade. Now if the 5km by 2km is in play we could be looking at a tier 1 project with over 1b tonne deposit, but at a more modest grade which is still commercial. Takes some adjusting to and I hope that’s purely the reason for today’s bickering on this board.

Copperman - surprised you didn’t get engagement on your calcs, they make sense to me and show early potential of a maiden jorc although I’m sure we’d both love to find some high grade area to make calculations that much more harder!

Jeremiah is correct with his numbers. Only error was questioning if grades are commercial and he rectified that. This is looking more like a sentinel style deposit, they’ve put in an RNS the strike length and width. It’s huge and at commercial grade, hopefully we’ll find good high grade with other holes as we’ve only drilled a tiny area of the strike length and width. They’ve referred to using radar at the site and drilling is to support their thoughts. NVS gave further hints in the proactive interview. Anomaly goes potentially 1.5km west and a number of km north.

No problem China. Casa deal was announced November and stopped sale of the Arcm shares for 6months, not my strongest area and I’m not sure if that’s 6months from the initial deal (all could be sold from May) or 6months from when the individual Casa holders agreed to the deal. Today’s certainly been high volume and been worked up to, glad whoever is selling had to do so before drill results arrived!

Arc Casa shareholders

Not sure what earlier Casa shareholders paid for their initial shares but Premier Africa paid £205k for 4.5% of Casa in October 2016. That was later diluted to a 3.9% holding in Casa. When Arcm bought Casa Prem got 6.1m Arcm shares. I make that as meaning which they need us to be 3.36p to break even on their buy into Casa.

Prem were diluted to 3.9%. So circa 1.5m Arcm shares for every 1% if Casa in above

Largest Casa holder would have about 7m shares. So if only one holder needing to sell at any time it shouldn’t be too long a depression to share price

We should do very well. If you fancy another read then page 3 of this link to British geological survey paper on cobalt talks about the Central African Copperbelt. Of particular interest is the part “some of these deposits were later reworked by metamorphic processes further increasing metal grades”. Then re read the 14th August RNS “to date the drilling has intersected rocks that display a much higher degree if metamorphism than what is traditional for the copper belt.

Olderandwiser- $300 per tonne copper in ground value. This was recently referred to by asiamets ceo in their latest v o x market podcast and is the most recent in ground value from an industry expert I know

Fulmar - I meant copper contained within the rock/material. Obviously we’re not drillinwhatever material we find needs multiplying by the grade. Have a look at Solgolds September presentation pa- it shows tonnage, then grade to get to the copper contained withinIt’s the contained metal after getting rid of waste etc that the $300 per tonne valuation is based on (roughly 5% of the copper value per tonne of about $6,000).

Fulmar - $300 is per tonne of contained copper within the ore. The 10/20m tonne figure you refer to is the ore - if we maintain 1% copper equivalent grade you need to divide your figures by 100.

What it looks like however is we will smash the 10/20m ore target. 1 cubic metre of ore should weigh about 2.5tonnes (see s p angel note). If it was as simple as the ore body extending 1km north by 1km west and 20m deep you’d have 20m Cubic metres or 50m tonnes ore.

NVS in latest proactive interview said anomaly looked like it extended 1.5km west and a number of km north with depths in some holes of 80-100m. We need drill results, but as you will from these numbers potentially 100’s mt ore.

No problem. If you like a bit of maths then using the 1 cubic metre ore is roughly 2.5tonne and potential extensions NVS referred to in the latest proactive interview then as others have posted we are likely to have a real beast of an asset. 1% grade from these depths is high grade, would love to see some ultra high grade like trenching results provided but 1% in volume would do us very well.

I know you were both looking at potential value for in ground copper per tonne. There was a v o x market interview on 6th sep in which their CEO Peter Bird suggested 14c per lb which is just over $300 per tonne. As we are near surface with better than average grade i would hope any buy out would be at or over that average

China - spot held and sold out many years ago whilst the company was Slovakia focused, gold price was crashing and there were countless problems with the Slovakia assets needless to say Share price crashed and investors lost a lot. Whilst we have a totally new BOD who have no interest in the Slovakia asset that Spot invested for it still affects him so much that he regularly deramps with usually unfounded comments. Not a pleasant person and one I ignore

By Christmas we should be producing and hopefully have a maiden jorc for Zamsort. On Casa a new scoping study. We’re not drilling deep in this round at Zamsort so priority will be lengthy and width of deposit. 0.5% copper equivalent is commercial grade from surface, 1% high grade. 2%+ would be ultra high grade

Jeremiah - page 12 of the July presentation. RC holes 1-4 are in the area with the lowest scoring results from soil testing 40-70ppm. Highest area of soil testing produced results of 400 -23,143ppm...

I’ll post my old calcs which were done whilst cobalt at $80k and copper circa $6,750. The C1 cost came from the old ortac paper and comes off the copper price, cobalt is a biproduct so by my understanding produced as part of the process at least in concentrate. I’m working to 100% figures, expect the money to be kept in Zamsort for drilling or future plant builds.
