Again for the newer investors. We’ve had assays for kalaba covering 500m by 500m, however if you listen to interviews you’ll hear NVS has mentioned the anamoly is though to be over 2.5km by 5km- that’s 50 times the area we’ve drilled. If the resource is over that whole area and at average 80m depth (we’d be lucky) it’s a 2.5billion time deposit. Furthermore if that continues to average 0.04% cobalt it’s 1million tonnes contained cobalt.

2017 known cobalt resources was circa 6million tonnes. Number of “ifs” in the above, but it shows that kalaba has the potential to be a globally important cobalt resource. That’s kalaba alone. We then have the other targets which have yet to be drilled by us.

If you want to know why it’s better to sell Casa and drill Zamsort then think about this.

The current drill programme was anticipated to cost between $1m-$1.5m. I suspect this was before we knew our partners would finance their share so cost to ARCM was probably $1m.

During this campaign we’ve found resource within a 500m by 500m area to an average depth of 80m. This should produce a resource of 50m tonnes with average grade of circa 0.65% that’s 325k tonnes contained copper equivalent.

If you value a from surface open pittable resource at $100 per tonne contained copper the value from $1.5m of drilling is $32.5m. Great returns from the cost of drilling, we just need more cash to really prove up kalaba - hence sell Casa!

The article below references $64 per oz average in ground sale between 1990-2013. Bearing in mind it’s the DRC maybe $20-$25 per oz. At the end of the day even a great deal for the buyer would give us considerable cash - probably over current market cap to properly drill Zamsort

The 2 x25k buys at lunch were mine. 25k is the market size most the MMs work to on this share and must fill at the price at the ask price or lower. Just submit a fill and kill order when no Quote available and itllususlly get filled

Fulmar - today’s RNS included the comment is fully funded through to initial production. Whilst it’s reassuring to us PIs I’m with you I’m hoping it’s a comment you’d make if having final negotiations with parties on a transaction involving either Casa or Zamsort

I wonder if the comment about not needing funding was directed at us mere PIs or parties interested in Casa or a JV at Zamsort...

Definitely sale and reinvest in more Zamsort drilling. From $1-$1.5m of drilling we should have over 50m tonne resource, let’s get them up to near tier 1 level and make some real money!

We don’t need interest in Casa from Cape Town conference- there is already at least 2 NDAs in place with access to our data. They have already been completing their due diligence and own financial models. It should just be a matter of confidence in the DRC settling down post election. President was inaugurated yesterday without trouble and messages of support from S Africa, Russia and USA provided.

Other minerals found in the area tend to be nickel, gold and uranium. I don’t know whether they would be present in dolomite which is of course what we’re targeting for the copper/cobalt at kalaba. Maybe in the wider licence area, who knows maybe the aerial survey would identify anomaly’s more akin to those minerals

The interested parties in the DRC already have our data and will already have carried out or be carrying out their financial models. It’ll be the needing confidence in the country and the new governments stance on mining that any oil buyer will be looking at now (although it’s possibke a lower value offer could be put on the table during the uncertainty).

Re-read the latest RNS yesterday, was interesting that in respect of the airborne survey the comment is updates “on developments around the new anomalies identified from the airborne survey”. To me that suggests it won’t just be details of the survey and the results, but actions from it. Should be an exciting Q1

I don’t think you’ve grasped the size of kaliba though and the amount of drilling required. The 50m resource area is from drilling just a 500m by 500m area. The anomaly identified at kalaba has been referred to by NVS in interviews of being potentially 5km by 2.5m - That’s 50 times the area we’ve drilled just to understand the kalaba area. The production licence covers just 4kmsquared of the anomaly.

It’s a big, big, big if, but should the whole area 5km by 2.5km have resource as per the 500m by 500m area we’ve got decent assays then it’s a 2.5billiom tonne resource. At kaliba alone... would take over 1000 drill holes and probably $20-$30m to drill that area out.

China - good work on linking mushinge to zaco that is interesting and I’ve no doubt he will be a great asset to ARCMs board. I really don’t think we can say what the intention with the licence area put into Zaco is, however they’ve obviously made significant progress on the aerial survey and soil samples to be able to make that decision.
