I think the plant is key. Takeovers and JVs are a large part outside of our control, but we have a production licence and a very experienced producer in Don Bailey to maximise this opportunity. As Jeremiah pointed out below the production on a p/e basis should give a fair valuation and we will have the jorc to back up years mining. We have a very exciting high grade resource pretty much at surface and both a licence and kit in place to economise it. Year end is not far away, certainly for those that held before NVS took control! Happy times

Whether warrants or ex Casa holders I think the supply of shares will be drying up. Then when assays come in or news on sturec sale or Casa deal we will be well set

Point of below is even if largest Casa holder had to distress sell they would only have ever had 7m Arcm shares. Not enough for sustained downwards pressure.

The listed Casa holders from their last presentation were management 17.9%. Kuvera/brookmont 4.6%. Prem 3.9%. Biovest 2.8%. Zijin mining 2.7%. All other holders 23.5%. We held the remaining.

So i could my find anything on what earlier Casa holders paid for their shares as it was a private company. Premier Africa as a listed company did RNS their Casa dealing. They paid £205k for a 4.5% stake in Casa, this was then diluted to a 3.9% stake (I got this from the old Casa presentation). We then know premier got 6.1m of our Arcm shares for their 3.9% interest in Casa when we bought Casa. Basically every 1% of Casa equals 1.5m Arcm shares.

Nothing in previous 2 placing RNS about warrants or in the Casa purchase. I would hazard a guess any remaining are options for ex employees. There have not been exercise RNS’s and with strike price of 6p on the Zamsort purchases i think it is unlikely holders would sell shares to exercise warrants/options until we are well into double figures. I will post separately on Casa deal and shareholders

36m are director/employee options (see RNS about Don bailey taking options in lieu of pay). Thought others related to increasing our stake in Zamsort? Not sure they are really in play at this SP though? Certainly not seen any conversion RNS. Not an area I have looked at too much though so if you have other details would be good to know. Thanks

The rise was good and steady with no RNS that would give us 30%+ on a day so we are probably still under the radar. Retrace has been on lower volume so is not something I have been too worried about. NVS wants to buy more, but until financial results are out (issued 3rd week August last year) can not. I would not be surprised if Don also buys more in view of his options in lieu of salary. For what it is worth I attended the investor presentation and was very impressed, was my first such experience of such an event though and with Zambian officials there as well felt well out of my depth! After the ugly times of feeks and spot I really want those that stayed strong to do well and am confident we really can do

Westie - think we just need to enjoy the board and try and get some decent conversation going whilst we can. When the hoard arrive it will just be SP comments and mud slinging between the inevitable derampers and those promising multiple bags within a few days! Now is the time to discuss and help those newer to the company with research we have both had a year to uncover and consider.

Westie - I’d have mentioned you by name if specific to you. It is unfortunately the only focus on board recently. No ones even bothered to correct the decamping post from 840 that’s says we’re miles away from production (due end of year) or that Zambia is a good copper mining territory plus mining minister himself attended recent investor presentation saying government is fully behind the project. Has no one prude in their investment?

Short term price leading into a new era for the company. No one ever catches the lowest entry point and highest exit point, nor would I risk trading out of this one with the news due. Surely discussion would be better spent on expected grades or comparison to peers. This is an exciting time, but reading recent posts you would not know it!

Looks like quite a few here have forgotten what we are invested in and are just commenting and worrying about the price movement in last few trading days. Those that have done basic research know we are targeting an area with historical drills and published trenching results. The recent photos showing bornite (bornite contains over 60% copper), brokers comments about length of mineralisation and positive cobalt tests back these up further - this is akin to shooting fish in barrel, the resource is there and known it just can not be banked until assays and subsequent jorc. The company and broker are giving as much hint as possible without assays being received. No broker would be worth their weight in salt if they produced a target price weeks before first assays were received, I certainly would not rate them if they did! We will be a producer by year end with a jorc resource at Zamsort. At Casa we will have a new scoping study or have sold or joint ventured on it. Know the end year objectives and think about what the recent news tells us towards those targets.

2014 scoping study based on figures at the time of 1.3m oz and grade of 1.7g per tonne produced a npv of $171m. Company is targeting a new scoping study based on the new figures of 3m oz and 2.1g per tonne by end of this year.

Another mine Casa has been compared to previously is tulu kapi in Ethiopia. Grade is same as Casa, but a smaller 2m oz deposit. There is a dfs on that mine. In addition a party recently bought an effective 20% interest in that mine for $30m - obviously some differences, but a good starting point on what the value of Casa’s misisi asset could be worth..

Fulmer- think it is inevitable. Still the drill results and potentially other news will give holders something to talk about between the usual shenanigans. Should be an exciting 4-5m months.
