Fulmar - hope you�re well. Certainly quiet on this board! I�m not sure if I�m missing a thread, but don� think it�ll be quiet. NVS interview of 29th November said decision on sturec in a few weeks to months which gives a deadline of end February. Since then we�ve heard they�re talking to 2 parties. NVS also said in another interview that historical drill results are being reviewed and will be reported to market �within the next month� (mid Feb). Whilst we don�t know what drilling is commencing at the moment we do know a 3rd rig has arrived on site. You wouldn�t order that for delivery now to have it sitting round. Zamsort is difficult one. We know NVS wanted to sort out Casa first, but he�s also recently said they are in talks with other Zamsort shareholders. I�d love to see sturec sold and Zamsort progressed with us increasing our holding. The capex reported in 2015 to complete the small scale plant was only $1.5m and with current copper/cobalt prices this would be recovered within months. It�s Very frustrating this hasn�t progressed to take advantage of $80knper tonne cobalt!

Deadline for responses to interest on sturec was 2 weeks ago. Decision was then expected 2 weeks (today) to 2 months. That could well be the news to finally get this going as we realise value from an asset - full disposal could well net more cash than our current market cap...

I think MMG like to grow by acquisition and If Misisi does grow to the 3m oz resource that�s a scale that I�m sure would interest them. As we all know 2-3m oz projects attract the attention of majors and are a different ball game to smaller but still commercially viable venturees. What we seem to have now is a board with better commercial acumen so hopefully an exciting story will unfold over the next year or 2!!

Yep, if MMG want a higher proportion of Misisi they�d have to approach Casa (soon ortac) with an offer. That�s where we�d see MMG showing their position

What needs to be seen after this drill campaign is whether MMG try and increase their percentage of Leda mining. VS has in previous interviews stated the reason for our earlier fundraise in which we took an effective circa 45% interest in Casa was in part to defend against other options. Whilst no details were provided it is my theory mmg has offered to fund the current drill for a higher percentage of Leda, but Casa and ortac wanted to retain Casa controlling the licence

Fulmar - think you�re confused buddy. MMG do not have a holding in Casa, they have a 21.5% interest in Leda mining which holds the misisi licence (casa holding 73.5% and the DRC government the other 5%). The offer we�ve made seems to have been accepted by Casa management for their holding and at least one other holder. 2million must be a sell - it was Friday and the buy price started to drift from 3.10 after that. But the 1.3m was today and above transactions at the time so I�d suggest that�s a buy. Either way it�s good to see high volume

Mike - I�m not sure Nick has been in charge long enough to blame for SP performance. He�s now got funds and has his feet under the table long enough to set strategy. Hopefully the placement will act as a base (although it�ll probably be a tether as well in short) and what ever deals are done can show value. Either decent terms divesting some/all interest in sturec/Andiamo or a published and delivered path for our main assets. There is huge potential at Casa and Zamsort, but there needs to be a plan to realise some of that value, not just talk about world class potential. Seemed much more on the ball thsn VS. Very happy a further investment in Zamsort seems to be on the cards. A producing asset is much easier to value against peers and would put a cornerstone on the value of Ortac as a whole. As I�ve said before with 60% of world cobalt production being in the DRC it would be a natural hedge against any troubles there affecting Casa operations.

The amount raised is more than keeping the lights on money. Let’s hope we get some relevant update on what it’s beimg used on. Would definitely like action on Zamsort

Westie - we�re stuck waiting for some proper news such as corporate transactions (possibly sturec or Andiamo), Zamsort funding to produce what must be equivalent to near 10k tonnes copper per year or how Casa will be developed further once we hit an even better resource amount from current drill. Plenty of opportunity, but frustrating in the meantime!!
