not sure about the links but my thoughts in general are that now funding is sorted for the immediate future, i.e next 5-6 months that was holding the SP back, the 1st placing has not sunk the SP so i don't think the one on the 28th will either, full steam ahead now ?

I put my profits back in yesterday @£0.1808, seeming to get the timing just right these days !

I genuinely have no idea !
A year or 2 ago we were on the cusp, then we were commercial, then we had a fund raise to build stock for orders and now we’ve had a fund raise to commercialise the EV charger, so are we now pre-cusp ?
Will AFC announce PLACE II ?

- The commercialisation phase was from 2012 - 2026, yet if you now look at gov.uk, the UK's first carbon capture, a new plan was unveiled in Nov 18, so i guess all that hard work Adam did went in the bin.

All the RNS says is-

So if they didn’t receive the £1m what was the plan, to not introduce them at the earliest opportunity ?

Bumble, I’d like to know how the £1m raised will speed up the development, I.e what exactly will the money be spent on ? I correctly assumed another raise in January, not difficult to calculate from the last accounts, if the £1m is not needed to cover monthly running costs how are the day to day costs (approx £400k per month) being covered ?

The HNW individual hasn’t got them yet, they hit the market on the 23rd. Maybe shorting now at +20p and then receive your 17p shares in a few days time ?

Where does it say AFC will fast track them ?

Alternatively it shows there's no interest in the smaller systems so they have no choice but to rapidly progress the larger systems, but once again, without any news everyone has to guess.

Hardly a day trader, i've been here over 5 years and topped up twice since my original investment, if you've been here this long you'll be fed up with it all as well. Placing at 17p really ? I'd put a £1m in at 17p too !

And this time last year AB received a bonus of, wait for it.....£1m !

A great RNS on the face of it, hopefully everything will come good but don’t be fooled into thinking this and all the other raises aren’t being used for days to day running costs, they have no income and you can’t run a company on thin air !

Plus, wireless charging is likely to be installed in large commercial areas where grid capacity won’t be an issue or if it is big money will be spent upgrading, I doubt you’ll see a big AFC portacabin in city centres.

Yet one of the selling points of the AFC system is that you can move it around so if it’s not getting much use you can move it to another location. The EV charging arena is moving at such a pace while AFC ‘seem’ to be doing nothing there only market will be the outer Hebrides.

But the UK isn't our only market and other companies seem tobe able to sell stuff here...

Lots of chunky sells yesterday, £10k, £20k, £30k and again today just popped up, still at least the SP is holding so they are being bought by someone. Would be good to know who and whether it's the same seller but someone clearly has a lot of stock they want rid of.

My feeling is that news is beiong saved up for release just before the next placing

Not really a missed opportunity as they clearly must have grid capacity so the obvious choice is to use the grid
