I would be surprised if these deployments mentioned were customer orders based on previous history, they were talking about having reference sites so I think this is more likely, not selling the systems but agreements to site an AFC charger either free of charge or on loan maybe ? If there was any sniff of an order we’d have been told.

Since we’ve had zero orders for months or even years since we’ve heard phrases like having to limit the number of customers I can only liken AFC’s perception of interested customers to this example,
I go along to the motor show, I see a lovely £300k Bentley, way out of my price range, the salesman comes over and says what do you think, I say it’s incredible, a work of art, he says would you like to sit in it so I do, he gives me a brochure. He asks when am I looking to change my current car, I say not for a couple of years but this is way out of my price bracket, he says maybe one day. In terms of AFC that’s the kind of scenario I can only imagine they refer to with this lots of interest.

Except that some customers were lining up for the EV Charger over a year ago, that's the reason AFC designed and built it. Those customers would have been kept appraised of the situation at every step, and may have just wanted to see the beast in the flesh before signing on the dotted line.

Mucksy, we know there has been a large buyer, as we've seen the large buy trades show up, these push the price up, others join in, once the large buy is filled the traders take their profit and the price comes down but in theroy not by as much as the starting price, call it pump and pump if you like but there really hasn't been any pumping from AFC.
