Historically the UK has been very good at inventing/creating new technology but very poor at marketing/selling it

this could be a really dumb question but here goes....
why not just sell the systems to the national grid ? don't they have a duty to provide electricity on demand ?

Same here DW, we've been told Southern are having to redesign their plant, ok, but on the other hand we've been told that the high power fule cells aren't ready anyway so it seems quite convienent that the reason given only mentions delays on Southerns part.

Haggis, excuse my frustration but when a product has been in development for 13 years and AFC have been inundated with enquiries i would have thought they would have customers lined up waiting to place orders as soon as the product was released thats all.

Can’t see the new ev charger being advertised on Rolec’s website, has anyone else found it ? I would have thought they’d have it on their ASAP

Unfortunately I think it will Garonne, as now the focus is off the technology the focus will now be on funding and orders and we don’t really know where we stand on either issue

SEance, see my post from earlier in the day, very odd I’d say, I even checked over in iii to check it wasn’t just an error on the lse site but same there, unbelievable as there were trades every few minutes before 1.15

I think we were all expecting a gradual rise in sp in the lead up to yesterday which didn’t happen. I’m just happy that the shareholder day went as planned, lots of media attention, and we have a great first product with loads more to come. The share price will reflect this sooner or later.

Well as long as it’s a demonstration of a commercial market ready finalised mass manufacturable whatever you want to call it product then great as I believe that is what is priced in to the current sp, anything less than this will be seen as yet more failure to deliver against the ever increasing AB spin machine

Yes Tommo and it looks like we are finally there, the only teeny weeny doubt for us LTHs is that we’ve been hearing that for the last 5 years, on the cusp, LOI’s etc etc but this should finally be us delivering world class green power generation technology

It had better not be another demo as we’ve already had that, also the 2 previous fundraisers have been for go to market and building product for customer orders, if it is demo only the share price will tank
