AFC Energy in relation to the motor show have completely vanished. AC were originally named as the official british motor show 2020 EV charging partner including the alternative Drive experience. Now there i no mention of AFC anywhere, this supports my argument that the recent news releases make no mention of building a system for the motor show. something has gone seriously wrong here.

It would be much more eco friendly to just allow diesel drivers to fill up using biofuel but that doesn’t generate income for the car manufacturers who make big party political donations to shape future policy. How green is mining lithium to make the batteries ? How long before the battery needs changing ? A lot of the early EVs are write offs because they can only hold 30 miles of charge so are scrapped, but great for the car industry because they get to sell another eco friendly car.

Is this meant to be good news for AFC ? If EV charging infrastructure is in place then the AFC system will be redundant, AFC need to get a move on and start deploying systems before there is the infrastructure in place.

AB's nose has clearly grown with the comment about asking advisors seeking how best to announce the orderbook, it doesn't take that long, maybe AB is hoping they will actually have an orderbook by the time shareholders start demanding news.

Chippy, the fact is that AB has repeatedly stated our product is a premium priced product, and that's with it running on Ammonia, if it runs on hydrogen then what ? If you drive an EV in the highlands of Scotland and you need to charge and there's an AFC powered charging station then you have no option but to use it regardless of the cost, that is not the case for construction companies looking for hydrogen fuel cells to power their machinery, and the proof is that other fuel cell providers are already active on construction sites, if hydrogen infrastructure is rolled out for HS2 i feel that will benefit the competition that are already competitive using hydrogen.

Interesting that recent RNS's have mentioned proceeds of funds going towards building systems for Juelich and Acciona but not for the motor show, why no mention of the system they will be building to take there ?

Yes I understand, everyone sees hydrogen infrastructure and immediately thinks it’s great news for AFC, if 5x9s hydrogen becomes commonplace on construction sites it opens the market to a lot of competition, AB keeps pushing that our system is better because it can run on cracked ammonia, we probably aren’t competitive against other fuel cells running on hydrogen, I’m surprised none of you realise this.

If I hadn’t traded this share or averaged down my original holding that I bought 6 or more years ago is still under water, I think 6 years is a reasonable time to expect a company to deliver especially after all the hype, glidepath to sales, low hanging fruit, right products at the right time at the right price, accelerating to sales, growing order pipeline.

Then put me on filter MrA like quite a few others have, I’d rather those who don’t like my posts filter me rather than hurl abuse, the fact remains that AFC over the years have repeatedly announced orders are imminent and have failed to deliver and I will continue to call them out until we get the promised 1Gw. Hate my posts or like them, I’ve bern correct for calling this issue out.

it's sad that so many on here fall for all the hype issued by AB yet still no orders, i'm just saying there was again a big fanfare with the new website launch 18 months ago and now they feel the need for another new website, total waste of money if they think it will make any difference, maybe just update the current one ? Oh wait they've got £60m in the bank now, what to spend it on ? What happened to CH2ARGE ? more money wasted on a marketing company to come up with that which has been dropped. Why are the'advisors' taking so long to advise how best to announce orders ?
