I think around the time the EV charger was launched AB said they wanted reference sites, Juliech is a good one, and this too although only 3 weeks will still be more validation of the tech and how flexible it is in terms of moving it to site, etc, and at least now when you search AFC we come above Aberdeen football club ! Hopefully by the end of this year the market (and you, and me too !) will be shown that ABs rhetoric has been correct albeit it with grossly exaggerated timelines and over simplification re orders incoming imminently.

Someone mentioned this was not released as an RNS as it was not deemed price sensitive, I’m not sure how AFC can deem news of a new partnership that could involve multiple unit sales not price sensitive but the news was clearly held back and only released when Urban airport released their news, which means the other multiple unit enquiries could also be signed but just waiting on customers for news to be released.

I suppose this also now means that AB has delivered on his ‘how best to announce the order book’ comment.....

When the ev charger was first launched we should have had multiple opportunities like this for deployment with multiple sales by now, everything in the AFC timeline lags months/years behind ABs announcements, still it’s encouraging but we need this times 50.

I will take a guess due to the trades seen today and say news is due this week...

In that case if it were my company I’d be telling everyone look guys all orders are on hold to support massive order incoming from ABB, unfortunately history shows when AFC are quiet they are not really busy behind the scenes but are quietly dropping whatever they were working on because it either didn’t work or nobody wanted it and then announce more new products that nobody wants.

keep dreaming Cheekboy, we've only just delivered a system to ABB for integration with their EV charger and you think they're already also designed it into a system for powering ships, i hope your other investments are based on a more sound knowledge than you have here. And as for the comment about great research - laughable !

Looks like there’s around 20 panels but all facing different directions so only a few at any one time will be generating much power, I have a solar system so have some experience, also the inverter will generally be spec’d lower than the max output of the panels as they run more efficiently when driven hard so on my 3.4kW system it has a 3kW inverter so there’s more losses there, this is clearly a proof of concept but as I said before I’m happy with that, what I’d like to see is some orders on the back of the technology having been proven in harsh environments.

It wasn’t that long ago everyone was cooing over De Nora, ‘they’re into water, they’re into this that and the other, I wonder if they’ll license our electrodes etc etc, same happening all over again with ABB this time, ooh they do mining, it must be us !

If it is us then I guess AFC are unaware of it as they’ve mentioned lots of potential uses for our fuel cell but never mining, also there would be leaks and a sharp rise in sp which hasn’t happened

A subject I am in agreement, in Cambridge they’re building the biggest new town since Milton Keynes, Northstowe, with 10,000 new homes, it’s on an old airfield but it’s still building on fields that were full of wildlife, we also now have a 9 storey residential building, maybe one day kings college will be dwarfed by tower blocks. Interesting reading population projections where the UN estimates world population of 11 billion by the end of the century, I really cannot imagine the world then. And ultimately clean energy just allows people to use as much as they want, it’s a means to an end, not saying we shouldn’t have it.

BB please stick to the facts, the RNS said as we begin commercial roll out, if we didn't have a product ready then that is Pinnochio at his finest. I am already over exposed with AFC and will definitely not be buying more and have already started to divest the money i have made here from trading so you can say that i'm trying to talk the price down to buy more as many times as you like but it's simply inaccurate.
I used to respect your posts as you provided a lot of useful technical knowledge in the early days but now you just seem antagonistic towards anyone who criticises AFC.
